This game has been awesome so far! But I’ve ran into a few bugs. In one scene your mc decides to follow the king then when he finds out all the options got blocked except for the lying option. There’s also another scene where the mc has the option to talk to the king and ask about her mother I think all 3 options there were blocked too and you can’t give a gift to Oscar also I think there’s a typo with brown eyess with an extra s added. Other than that it’s amazing and I eagerly look forward to updates!

I actually found writing that snippet with Oskar super fun, and helpful with creating the scene, so I think I’ll do it with each of the suitors’ intro scenes. A whole lot better than studying, I’ll say.

I fixed the problem when you confront Burkhard (for some reason quicktest never picked it up) and the typos, but I can’t find the problems with giving Oskar a gift and lying to Burkhard. If it’s possible, could you please show a screenshot? I’ve tested those parts in the game and in isolation, and nothing seems to be wrong. Thanks for finding them, by the way!

Weird. I was on a search for uncommon names not too long ago. I found few names I liked which included a name I quite use here in the games for my characters. Valeska was not a name I expected to be known to anyone else. Today I decided to go with the name Valerie. Imagine my surprise when the MC gets called Valeska. I thought I put that name as a custom but then remembered you can’t do that. I got confused and searched for Valeska’s name meaning and got that it was a variation of Valerie. Still very weird and coincidental. Just how many people know of the names I know?

Unfortunately, games of this size and complexity will invariably take far more than a week for major updates, perhaps even months or years.
Were an author to update once per week, it would be mostly minor changes, perhaps simply spelling corrections, or only a single thousand word scene. For many, that’s enough to justify updating once per week.
In addition, many games are written by single people, and as a result, the game can and will play second fiddle to more important aspects of a person’s life.
As a result, it’s very frowned upon in the forums to ask for particular updates or to request that authors work faster because of the undue stress it can cause.

The stepmother and the man who comes to visit her while you’re doing needlework (I believe it’s her cousin? I don’t remember anymore) share a rather tender moment. And she even mentions that it’s a good thing her daughter looks like her, which sounds suspiciously like the baby didn’t have a chance of looking like your father.
