I just bought a game on Itunes and I’m not sure how to play it. When I came back this this website it said I didn’t buy it. On my phone it’s in waiting mode as well.
That might be a problem with the phone. Whenever my app gets stuck while downloading, I just delete it and try again or restart my phone. Try contacting Apple if that doesn’t work. The app store and the CoG website are not connected, so the website won’t be able to tell if you downloaded the app. Which game is it?

@Nikki if @Mirabella recommendation did not work on your device tap App Store -> Updates -> tap that circle once to restart the download.
