our Echo. The best version of my MC, reminded me of a Deadpool/Anime Villain who loves the thrill of battle.
I especially loved the slight 4th wall breaking

I must confess that at the moment, my commitment to my real-life work has been keeping me busy(and proacastion). However, even with my hectic schedule, I’ve already planned four more chapters
currently planned as a standalone. While I can’t predict the future, I don’t see myself continuing this story into a series at this time
Okay this is good one, instead being normal heroes, MC sometimes need to appease the alter ego, maybe Author interested in making the story go with each appeasement it will keep it strong and with each rejection will make it weaker so there should be balance, or maybe other way than Killing to appease alter ego? Alter ego seems to have their own interest like flirt with doc maybe it can be venting outlet.

This was really good. I was very hesitant at first because i usually like the traditional super hero stories.
I can’t wait for a update! Those fight scenes are something else and the way alterego toys with them is great. Really shows how powerful they are.

I wish there are more villlain leaning options in the future (for example, when you get the call, to react in a way similar to “I was buying what you were selling without you resorting to this, you know?” It’d be nice if on the “villain path” some of the villains you fought came back if you spared them, specially the second one, he was cool and would like to see more of him.
Also, I hope you stick true to your premise, because right now the actual premise seems to be “MC shares body with a powerful being (and he just happened to be a fake hero before the story starts)”. The “demon” angle completly took over the spotlight after its introduction, so I hope going forward the player will have the option to either settle things with his own strenght (which the time commitment to train the stats accordingly) , or call on the demon (which maybe the corresponding penalty for taking the easy out), to actually make you feel like a fraud who’s faking it til he makes it, rather than merely a guy who’s possesed.

Such a sick update. there seems to be a understanding between MC and the entity, he even moved the roommate out of harms way before fighting. I hope we can actually befriend it and use it for good. Right now it just loves a good fight. I cannot wait for more. Such a sick concept.
