I have noticed that the genders are constantly being swapped around one sentence i am a male pc the next i am female it is throwing off the entire rhythm of the story. But the narrative and setting of the story is interesting.

Yes this is a weak spot of mine I will admit, I tend to picture the PC as female and sometimes absentmindedly write that in instead of coding it. Slowly fixing that for the update, feel free to send any screenshots where this happens. Thanks for playing!

Thanks! I’m working on an update to hopeful fix some of this and (a) give the PC a bit more agency and (b) explain better why you do not (yet) carry a sword. For future chapters, you will be able to decide to carry a weapon and be more aggressive.

I click to start the Demo and nothing appears.
I really like the story. Although I noticed a few typos here and there, nothing major. Have you considered making a Discord server so you can easily interact with your supporters and share feedback more quickly to exchange ideas and opinions?

A Discord server sounds super fun! I wasn’t sure if it was too early in the project to get much engagement there, but if I think there’s enough interest I’d be down. I’ve never been part of a WIP server so I also don’t know what they look like.

That’s very strange, I wonder if it’s something off on your end. It’s working for me on desktop and mobile, and I haven’t heard any other complaints. Sorry I don’t know how to fix it

use a differnt browser like opera or mozilla so dont got any problems with those two chrome i stopped a long time ago using
