Not really. Lore wise we’re still in our 20s and potential =/= raw strength developed over hundreds of years of training and experience. The fact that we are among the peak of our generation despite having lackluster training and resources is proof of our innate talent. We don’t have access to the full memories, knowledge, and experience that we had as Tang Wei, we are a scrub, but a scrub with a lot of potential.

i mean, people took years if not their whole life to get to next stage (yun ge with EH level for years) when the mc just grinded a qi stone, inhale it and the next thing they know is that they’re peak LH.
In the end you just become dependent on her.

The story mode provides fixed set ot traits, there is no random factor involved.
