So i maxed vitality and con, but i still die from the poison than mei mei do in the paste, it changed something? I remember to survived it in another playtroughts.

That’s complicated question mate.
As of right now Tang Rou is stronger.
Though keep in mind that that guy was training since they could walk. Literally, I’ve read their side story. When MC was having a somewhat normal childhood, Tang was training like a motivated Vegeta.
It’s actually a miracle MC beat them in their first match.
But to answer your question. Tang Rou is stronger, FOR NOW.
In terms of potential MC is stronger. In fact when MC gets to core formation stage they’ll be able to beat a vast majority of the people in their world with very few exceptions(the sect masters included)
For now though just focus on staying alive long enough to reach that potential.

I mean are you sure our potential is stronger I mean maybe the overlord talent level (cheat mode for people who came after the update that changed it to just cheat mode)but I mean tang ruo is by all rights better and scream mc their personality fits,they have the perfect everything in terms of talents,and they developed the golden seed themselves so reasonably they probably have more talent
