Since it was her son who killed her daughter, her soul was with him. So when you killed him, you got the whole family package and now DQ has all her kids together in your wrapping and doesn’t have to worry about feeding them both. Huge savings!

At the end of the expedition, I can ask Xiwen about the strange Martial Art he used but we didn’t fight Long Chen cause I gave up.

Not mentioned in the update notes: Xiwen went through quite a personality change. My MC is kinda heartbroken, getting him flustered was her favorite sport.
(okay, not really heartbroken, he’s still fun. But it is quite a change :V
Also, Jing Guo no longer tries to rip us out of profits he’s earned while we’re taking a nap. And Long Chen has some info on why he hates Jings so much. Also also, the restaurant got like, 10x more profitable. Guo must’ve either found better wine or more attractive waitresses.

Speaking of ideas, i note that after the time skip Ai can now update her opinion of the MC if their kindness falls below certain point, but then maybe the opposite could be introduced – that is, Ai acknowledging MC is actually a decent person if their kindness is above certain threshold? Because right now she’ll just ignore it and won’t interact if they aren’t on good terms already. Unless of course she’s intentionally written to be someone who’s only eager to condemn others from the height of her high horse.
