Try full infusion build, it’s the “meta” build right now, a single infusion can almost double your stats so even without refinement, you can pass most checks

Thanks! I didn’t know about the rock gambling refinement point, I do use all other things you mentioned.
Do you know how the tattoo capacity works?
I mean, your capacity increases by 1 for every 1000 points placed in your physical stats (all except charisma). I have no clue how it works other than that.
Speaking of tattoos. There are some signs in this game that lead me to think we aren’t actually getting another advancement. Check out the tiger tattoo you get after reaching 6000 Health.

That probably plays very well with The Vitality 8000+ stat perk which gives health for every stat check
hey is it even possible to beat the demon squad at the start of the tourney, i got to the revival power up section, but they instantly took down all my health, i had max damage res with heavenly robe too, is it a end route, which would be a shame since the fight was cool as shit
I was sort of hoping all 49 combatants would jump me so I could harvest some qi. But now I’m getting concerned about some demon squad

If you can get the best transformation (Asura)with Yang Bohai, will there be other transformations?
If we did get another transformation what would you want it to be?

It is not. It is winnable, but very, very difficult and requires a very good build, a lot of qi and at least one revival method (robe, talisman, tattoo etc).

Berserk requires tanking 20k damage, which will take a while and the 50% reduction in health has a chance of killing you during battle, besides, DR are capped at 80% so a lot of blow can still deal significant damage with that, like Xiao Chun’s heart exploding coins
I usually use Overloaded Pathways, Adaptive Flesh and Overwhelming Invigoration instead of Berserk
A max level Overwhelming Invigoration can out heal both Overloaded Pathways and Adaptive Flesh while increasing my DR as the fight goes on and allowing me to even heal a bit after each successful checks, which will be guaranteed by the buffed Infusion
A down side is that this build require tremendous resources so doing it while being a good guy is practically impossible but it is unbeatable, I built it for the sole purpose of crushing Ruo

This is just the core of my build, the dao and agility perks can change it up a little bit and with the new tattoo system, maybe I won’t need Overloaded Pathways, the Heavenly Ward Robe can also replace Adaptive Flesh for a different perk

how do you give the bomb to long chen again? i remember i did it in my last playthrough, i tried for my fresh and he said “sorry i’m busy” must be relationship bar requirement
