It seems like the aura of a S prevents you from regenerating, and the DQ threatens you not to heal the wound on top of that, saying that being too beautiful will bring you problems

you might be able to get that much money if you join the He. They give you a shitload of money.
I thought it was changed so they gave 2k points per month, but I might just be very wrong on this.

They might promise you shitload of money but they don’t actually give you any in the game. All you get from them is 2k sect points, which is 20k gold, that’s a magnitude less of what’s apparently asked.

Yup it’s what they promise, but don’t actually follow through. It might be similar to the “engagement” with Mei Mei: once MC changed their name, there’s no real obligation to fulfill any promises since it’s not like they can go back.
Unless there was a change regarding that in the paid update, but then i wouldn’t know.

for the first two questions, pretty sure there’s nothing you can do there. All sex scenes are fade to black, author doesn’t seem interested in writing out NSFW scenes.
