There are a few endings that arent quite finished yet but they can result in death, its tied to a few earlier choices.

Okay big spoiler (it gets wholly revealed in a few routes already) MCs mom kidnapped MC and Droz (remember the “tithe” thing the vamp queen talked about?) that was when mc died (but didnt stay dead, this you will have to find out in the game), so mc was 10 years old, the murder happened roughly between when MC was 14-15 years old
I figured that, i was more interested in whether or not Droz already held a piece of the mcs soul and maybe influences the mcs behavior in certian ways such as taking the punishment, which would make Droz the biggest red flag in game
