Not necessarily – the availability of ROs (and the degree of relationships you can currently develop) depend on what volery you pick for your MC.
Oh, iirc for the Doves your MC can be potentially in relationship with one of your childhood friends, but it’s limited to same-sex pairings.

Hey, its not limited to the same-sex pairimgs 
the opposite gender pairings will howver only start at the point of “now” in the demo, it will be added at the evening where you can choose to spend time with a chosen RO regardless MCs agab!
This will soon be possible! However this relationship will be a bit slower, as the sibling is like “Okay the person my sibling loves enough to almost die for their sinful feelings is loving me” and needs a bit of time to come to terms with that.

Yeah I still need to write most of those scenes 
but they will happen, I am really looking forward exploring the siblings like this 
But in general: all ROs are for every agab MC! The dynamic will however be very different in some constelations.

Don’t apologize! This helps me get rid of the mistakes the system doesn’t catch (I wonder why they all show up now though cause that’s the same code that’s on patreon since a month and I had no bugs there 
what is happening). I will fix it after work!
