Hey people. As I was testing out the new content, I noticed some pretty hefty issues with the crime background in the old content too (if statements using ācriminalā instead of ācrimeā, what the background is meant to be set to).
I noticed a few issues with other public demo scenes too due to indentations putting things in the wrong place. Itās late now so will resolve all of it and release the fix tomorrow.
Apologies if you have played and confusing things happened due to these bugs!
If we choose the god route, will we get a domain? and will we have followers? And what we also be able to ride that dragon that we got from the dragon egg we found?
Deity MC will get to choose their own domain sometime after they get their power back (if they donāt forsake their divinity). And whether you have followers or not will depend on your choices.
And regarding the egg business, that shall have to remain a mystery for now.

Amazing question. There are tales where people give up great power, like Arwen from LOTR giving up being an elf, and Odin from Norse mythology willingly sacrificing himself for knowledge.
In the playerās case, personal choice, morality, and weighing up the pros and cons will very much factor in.

Indeed they can, they have to elevate them to demi-deityhood.
In the demo I mentioned that demi-deities are either born or created. In most cases this creation involves making an entirely new being, but in a few cases demi-deities used to be normal mortals.
It requires a lot of power and is not short of risk.

On the note of agelessness and granting it to others, based on the whole ādo I want immortality?ā thing it seems that regardless of which Background we take that thereāll be a chance for us to gain some form of immortality and/or agelessness, can we also give our RO agelessness too when that happens or is that option only available for Deity!MCs?
(Hoping my Dragon!MC and her (future) wife Ulmira will be able to live together for eternity cuz that relationship is wayyy too cute.)
Also I forgot to ask when you first mentioned it but when the Dragon and Eldritch PCs get their humanoid form will we be able to customise it too? Also will it be an option of either the original form or the humanoid form or will we be able to change back and forth freely?

Ooh and you neednāt worry about Ulmir(a) as much. The Demonic Emperor and their immediate family (so his children and sister) all have conditional immortality. Their immense power and immortality rides on the condition that they rule over 100,000 demons.
They can still be killed or die from illness though.

Initially Ulmir(a) was just gonna be suave/flirty but the more I developed them, the more they broke away from this. When I finally got to writing the scene it all clicked.
Of course. Magic linked to a deityās domain is very instinctual and powerful, but they can still learn other forms. They just have to practice them.
If you need help with superspeed ideas, you can add the flash ability to walk through walls/time traveling (as a god, if the flash could time travel then so can I)and one of the flash superspeed villains in the comics had the ability to move so fast he could be in multiple places at once simply by moving really fast, or you can do Quicksilver from the mutant movies where he can run so fast everything is frozen in time because he can speed up and slow down this time and then thereās mikkari from eternals, they she did her super speed really good in the movie, A-Train from the boys is a good speedster but sadly not the fastest here compared to the others I mentioned but he is extremely fast, also thereās this anime called ā009 re cyborgā you can check out YouTube, an older anime but they got super speed really good on thereā¦ā¦to be honest with you, I think you should check out all of those speedsters and add all of their speed abilities to the super speed domain, especially if itās a God it was super speed, most likely theyāre going to be way more faster and stronger than the mortal speedsterā¦ā¦.If you need help with creating other domains I can help with that as well.

To an extent yes, some attributes will be intrinsically linked to your original form (like eye colour) but things like whether your humanoid form has wings will be something you can choose.
Well that would depend on how much the player character cooperates with somethingā¦
At the very least there will be a scene of what leads up to it and a fade to black then a scene of what happens after. So, steamy? Probably, Iāll try lol. The actual act itself? Less of a chance but Iāll have to think on that more.
Well, short answer: yes. For a few of the romanceable characters.
Long answer
Kazamsu is a dragon and they only take one mate in life, I do not see them letting the player character being with anyone else.
Ulmir(a) would probably allow poly early on in the relationship (unless you are the dragon), but once things get to a certain point they would prefer monogamy.
Rune would only become poly with you in niche situations where the alternative is you not dating them at all. They have to be in a certain headspace for this to work.
Lirrahei would be willing as long as the other(s) in the poly isnāt/arenāt terrible beings. Even then, they can beā¦ convinced (emotionally blackmailed)
And for the minor romances. Some of them will allow it, and some of them wonāt.
