Listen if I can find an artist to capture the theme of this by the time I’m at least chapter 10, every chapter will have an official image.

This is how certain characters come to exist, especially ones that’re hard to describe, by looking at them. Way better than Mr. Skin.

Maybe you could make pre ascend Asmodeus a bit stronger than Klaus but Klaus gets a buffer from an outside source

Ariel is already stronger than Roanoa, it just doesn’t seem like it fighting Micheal.
I can make Asmodeus competent but not stronger because he/she can’t ascend otherwise. Klaus will be boosted by the essence of Magnum Tenebrosum (Lord Darkness / Nyarlathotep’s sibling).
Hence how he/she ascends.

This is the second to last rewritten lore subject. The last thing will be UCP (Unique Class Plot).
So…Azriens.
The Azriens are an aquatic–cosmic alien species of monotoned (pale to black), elegant humanoids with tendril-like crests and glowing varied colored eyes. Exclusively female, they can reproduce with any humanoid species while bypassing genetic flaws.
Most beings perceive them however an Azrien wants them to until when, or if she reveals her natural form. They can breathe in both deep oceans and outer space, metabolize dark matter as fuel and wield dark energy for psionics such as telepathy, telekinesis, and gravity manipulation.
A secretive, progress-driven people, they are believed to dwell in water based, artificial or rogue planets. They strongly believe they are the last creation of Shub-Niggurath, born from her corpse.

Exactly how strong is Asmodeus in the game. If you could, would you please rank everyone from strongest to least strongest? Also what are the ROa relationships like? Example is Roanoa and Asmodeus relationship toxic?

Power Level
Keep in mind some characters change after chapter 2. Asmodeus has always been omnipotent, it just manifests into a physical form called the sin archdemon. His philosophy makes it so that he weakens his natural self and uses a transformation to let loose. Lazarus copies his style. Keep that in mind.

You wanna add Jesus?. I dont think that is a good idea. Get a diff person as the Son of God. I think no matter how you write him, you will receive backlash

I rather just scrap his inclusion. Was fun to write him though. Was building him up since the beginning in both versions.
Only remember that Jesus is in this universe, you just wont see him but youll definitely hear of him.
Wouldn’t be Christianity and Lovecraftian otherwise.
Edit: Man, I really wrote far into ch3 with him already.
Ch2’s ending aint coming out for a long while until I figure out what to replace it with.

THIRD UPDATE OF THE REWRITE

Chapter 2 is done with. Tbh, it was done a week and a half ago. Had the first third of ch3 with you playing as Jesus Christ while Mr. Shade was trying to mold him into being his son. More lighthearted than it sounds. Spoilers, he failed. Was always gonna add him since the beginning, still will just not directly playing him.
So instead of that detour, chapter 3 will focus purely on Asmodeus and the 7 demons mentioned in the chapter 3 start. Also introducing Abaddon, your sister. No perspectives this chapter.
Lazarus is changed to Astaroth. For the AAA and astaroth makes more sense lorewise than lazarus.
Had to change Isa’s power after getting rid of Jesus’s subplot so she’s now technically above jin and klaus on the scale. Which makes roanoa the weakest for now.

Hard to pin down his power level if he acts like hes as strong or weaker than the enemy hes facing.
Omnipotence means he can be as strong or as weak he wants to be.
