I don’t know if it’s a bug, but in chapter 3, even though I have no interest in or flirted with Zenon, they both act as if they do, and that’s a little uncomfortable.

Hey, I’m glad you enjoyed it! ![]()
No…at least not yet. But don’t worry, you’ll get more details about what she learned during her own investigation, soon…
Yes, I’m very sorry about that…it’s a major oversight I’m going to fix in the next update (which will drop next month).
Even though Juna is gone she is still my favorite adult character. I wish we could save her.
Yes saving her should be one of the cheat MC routes but hey it is up to the Arthur
Ughhh what are you talking about there were no skill stats to test for during that part, her death was sad and necessary for MC future to be reliased by what that stranger once told the the MC during there childhood at the festival, and if we play our cards right, MC will one day be this knight of war that ends freaking wars, in my opinion is the highest form of saying thank you and we love you to Juna who was filled with so much disgust, bitterness and non acceptance at herself for being a soldier whom didn’t think there can ever be redeem
No you did not understand what I meant i said a route we can choose because the cheat MC is entirely different than the normal MC
Agreed. Saving Juna and not getting captured would completely change the story. It would be an alternate timeline, a completely different book.
or hear me out in this one a DLC if the author decided to make one
let them finish the story before worrying about dlcs lmao
Are you sure ? its fine if next month is two next month. A promise need to be fill no matter what ![]()
Well, the update is actually already finished, I’m just waiting for my beta testers to comb through it to make sure everything’s alright. It’ll either be released by the end of today or tomorrow, depending on whether they find any problems.
Personally, I’m not fully against the idea, but her surviving would completely change most of the story (because, as @Elemental said, her death was necessary). So, if I ever explore an alternate timeline like that, it’d have to be a bonus project after the main story is wrapped up.
Take your time my friend
If you can trust me to beta test. Im willing and love to read your storys. The problem is that i always find something.
Thanks for the reply.
i disagree
Where does he went ? drugs ?
Look at those red tinged eyes, he definitely wants the za
Hey everyone!
I hope you’re all doing great! Just wanted to let you know that I’ve uploaded the first of the monthly updates, aiming to finish up Chapter 3 Part 1.
This update brings around 56k new words to the story. A huge thank you to my wonderful beta testers for their help (they helped me fix soooo many bugs and errors behind the scenes). There are a lot of new variables, though, so you will need to start a new save to play the update.
As always, if you have any feedback, critiques, or suggestions, feel free to share them with me!
Link to the updated demo: [Here]
-Fixed numerous grammar and spelling errors throughout the whole game.
-Fixed Zenon’s scene in Chapter 3 so it no longer has romantic undertones if you haven’t actively pursued a romance with him.
-Added the beginnings of the Zenon-Julia romance subplot
-List of newly unlocked WIP choices:
“Ridic, help him gather whatever he needs to bring with him.”
“It’s their job to follow my orders.”
“Try to soothe her fears.”
"That seems far too speculative.
“We retreat to Laemonon.”
“Yeah…he seemed quite suspicious to me. Watch him.”
“So…when do we begin?”
“Then they’d better get right to training.”
“Is this necessary?” you ask, your voice firm but not unkind.
“I don’t have all day, lass, move it.”
“It is an honor to have met you, Elder.”
“Are all the soldiers in the Seventh so dry?” you ask. (New choice)
You look to Ridic for guidance. (New choice)
“You’re right…we probably should just stop talking.”
“Is that a little encouragement I hear?”
“And the others?”
“Alright, then.”
“Don’t worry, I trust no one, not even you.”
“I’m sure they’ll do fine.”
“Do you have any useful information about the people here?”
“You could have arrived earlier.”
“Have you heard anything about the other General? The one who went south?”
"We’ll do our best. (New Choice)
“Yes, yes, just leave already. I’ve had enough of your nonsense.”
“We could have done it with the help.”
You nod. "Perhaps that’s wise.
You wait for them to finish.
You grin. “Perhaps later.”
You scoff. “Coward”
“I’d rather associate her with a demon, but bear is not bad too.”
“Not going to seek salvation from butchers.”
“How would I know if we never fought?
" Diana?” you ask, remembering the young girl your sister was with during the celebration. “That Diana?”
“Yes…salvation…sure.”
“Come on, Sera. One sip won’t do anything to him.”
Perhaps diplomacy is the best approach. “Please, let us through, we’re not here to hurt you or your people.” (New choice)
“I’d rather not.”
A sharp grin spreads across your lips. “Well… let’s just not think about such an…unpleasant outcome.”
“I have other plans, with someone more deserving of my time.”
“Fine!” you say, frustration clear in your voice. “But only because you intimidated me into it.”
“We fortify the village and hold.” (Note: I especially recommend you try this one in Route 2, since I think it’s the best skirmish/battle scene out of all those that I’ve written so far)
Thank you all for your patience and support. I hope you enjoy the new content!![]()
Thank you ! Keep up the good work, and glory to House Serin !
Oh wow, I didn’t know our sister Julia can romance Zenon. It’s been so long since I played this WIP, guess I need to catch up and replay it from the start![]()
What are the differences in each route?
Hey, thank you for the offer! I’ll think about it. ![]()
Well, the only (rather small) hint about this subplot so far was in Chapter 2 Part 1, where Julia (if your Mc doesn’t have any romance progress with Zenon) blushes a little as Zenon pulls her away to let your Mc and their mother speak alone. So, this really is just the start of the subplot.
In Route 1, you arrive on time or earlier than expected (thanks to a certain recruit, if you unlock that option) and evacuate the villages without any problems. In Route 2, you arrive a little later than expected, and the evacuation is interrupted by news of a large force approaching the village, so you have to decide how to deal with the threat. In Route 3, you arrive way too late, and the village you first reach is already destroyed by enemy forces, making the whole evacuation a failure. Here, you’ll have to decide how to deal with the grim new “developments.”
I see, I see, route 2 is definitely the way to go, I love the way you wrote the duel with the lord ![]()
