not a single character in that book is likable. forgettable at best, insufferable at worst. pon para and night road had a decent crew, dont know what happened.

I don’t think it will happen considering they are also no special event for elements that compliment each other like wind and lightning to create stuff like a thunderstorm, but they are special event for each individual element

It’s probably better there is no such thing, because otherwise you’d basically have people think they need to pick these specific combos so they don’t miss out on the extra benefits. As it is, you can mix and match as you please.

I haven’t checked this game in a while. But I saw it got updated. Do I need to restart the game to play it or can I just load my save.
It hasn’t had a content update since later January (I had another child), but the patreon build is coming soon and is apparently a 150k word update, though I don’t know how. I think I branch too much. If you didn’t play Chapter 5 yet then yes there’s new content for you, it would need a new save.

Aura Pressure determines strength more cleanly so it’s tough to say. At the highest levels each has massive benefits that counter each other.
Aoyusumu: Converting the prayers of your followers into strength that exceeds your Aura Pressure’s possibilities.
Akakiru: Blades that cut through defenses, even able to dismember people who are at full Aura Pressure without having to fight them down to 0AP first like everyone else does.
Kurokonton: Literal death curses killing even your enemy’s Techniques, plus perfected Malocchio eyes copying them.
Kiihakai: Compounded layers of chi sorcery making D&D wizards look like a bitch.
Midorikatai: Broly, and not the nice one.

I originally made Aura Clash as a roleplaying tabletop card game and the goal was to absolutely let you play your favorite anime tropes.
Kurokonton = Naruto Ninjas/Sharingan
Midorikatai = Absolute Beasts (Broly, Hulk, Aoi Todo) + Actual Beastmasters
Kiihakai = Any anime from the magic academy tropes
Aoyusumu = Psionics, Monks, Exorcists, Demigods, Cult Leaders. Easily the widest reaching flavor that can go from typical monks to jedi to Mob Psycho, even focusing on the telekinetic aspect to go for Accelerator from A Certain Magical Index or Gojo from jjk
Akakiru = Swords & Sukuna
Combined with the elements and the general freestyle powers I had it designed to offer as much possibility as I could fit into a 300 card game. So the long and short of it is, yes, it’s absolutely a ripoff into the Super Eye trope and Sharingan will forever be #1 there.
Ironically I made the CYOA to advertise for the card game but it’s done so much better that now the roles are reversed and the CYOA is my #1 focus.
