Azrien Species (Asari Inspired)
Azriens are an all-female aquatic-cosmic alien species of elegant humanoids with monotone skin ranging from white to abyssal black, tendril-like crests, and glowing multicolored eyes.
They are extremely adaptable apex lifeforms, able to survive in deep oceans, hostile worlds, and even outer space. Their primary fuel source is dark matter, but they can also consume flesh, metal, fire, lightning, and other forms of matter or energy. Though often calm and graceful, they are carnivorous by nature.
Azriens can reproduce with any humanoid species but the child is always Azrien. Their biology overrides inherited defects and genetic flaws, making their offspring a kind of perfected continuation of the species.
They wield dark-energy psionics along with general spatial manipulation and cosmic magic.
The Azriens are the final creation of Shub-Niggurath, born from her corpse. Because of that, they see themselves as perfected remnants shaped by entropy.
Visually, Azriens have two states of existence:
Elegant form: beautiful, sleek, alien and statuesque. This is their normal, civilized appearance.
Predator form: monstrous and highly variable, but usually slick and built for killing. Typically the opposite of their normal skin. Their crests become more feral, and their mouths become tearing maws.

A vampire from dark magic so shes a young and rare kind of vampire. Turned early 20s and now late 50s.
There will be specific burrs/beastmen like lion, raven, cheetah, monkey, etc

Vampires are a newer species compared to last version. Vampiric sorcerer(ess) are the strongest of them.

I chose Violet eyes but they change to gray. Is it supposed to be locked for burrs?

The race changes in the second chapter was an elf then somehow became a lion

The new version is caught up in chapters as the old version. However, it is way smaller in word count. Not all character has been introduced yet.
Feedback appreciated. I can continue from either version, whichever people like more.

I for sure like the newer one better, Age of Archdemon. Reads better and is more contained. Though, am I going crazy or were you toying with a completely different prologue/1st chapter for Age for awhile?

Yea i was but i found it inadequate.
A lot of it carried over. Velkra still “died”. Youre still exploring the world. You have special choice of power and technically a class based on weapons and not jobs.
Asmodeus is better as an OP father figure than a hidden vessel.

I am a bit annoyed that when you choose martial arts as your talent. You are always reaching for it in the dialogue, like, make that make sense for me.

Some of the dialogues in the fight scene will say that “you reach for your weapon” and my brain was like Brother what are you smoking? What weapon?? Your fists? Bitch why are you reaching for it? Did you cut off your hands after combat or smth then reattach it when the need necessitate it???

Why does the Primal and Demonic archetypes’s dialogue in the ranging of the Druid Grove the same?
I double, triple and quadruple checked that it is the same.
