For starters, have you got a text editor, like Notepad ++? You can download it here for free if you haven’t: http://notepad-plus-plus.org/

Then, it’s down to using the tutorial given earlier by FairyGodFeather to get started. If you’re really confused like I was, I found this guide extremely helpful: http://choicescriptdev.wikia.com/wiki/A_Basic_Tutorial

If you need anything else just ask.

Well, just start with simple choices, either with a plot or without, to get used to them first. Then you can try adding in other commands, like goto’s, if’s and all them. When you’re happy with how they work, go ahead and start making a game! You’ll probably learn allot more in context!
