Hey im not sure where to report this but i downloaded and paid for book 3 from the play store and when i go to load a previous books save it just sends me back to the starting page over and over

Make sure you’re loading a save from Book 2, not Book 1. The save system for Book 2 was implemented… early last October, IIRC, so if your last playthrough was earlier than that, you wouldn’t have a saved game from B2.

Congratulations @Seraphinite. I’ll want to play through again a couple of more times before leaving more comments but I will say this.
You may already have an idea of how book four is supposed to start, but in case you were still chewing on possibilities, I wanted to suggest that it would be very very nice to have a version of this clip where Team Bravo and I are hunting down the kidnappers and recovering each and every one of those victims who got taken away before I could get to them!
Started at book 2 to go through all of the story. The only problem, forgot the if my character is in tech or science or the others. But I am greatly enjoy book 3 so far.
You can check it under the Stat menu > Key decisions and Detective details.

I fuckin played through book 2 again to refresh myself and there wasn’t an option to export my save 
I guess having my apps set to only auto-update on wifi and not having wifi for a while did that?
Maybe? But the save system update was back in October. Have you had no wifi since then, or does your system only try to update when you open the app with that setting?
I already finished the game a while ago,but there seems to be a problem with the saving at the last part of the game.
