I assume you can’t just reverse gravity for the whole planet and shoot everyone into space. At least, no human would be able to exert themselves enough given what happens if you push your powers too far.

I want to be a sensible level of OP. 
Not god tier, but demigod tier. Like, could still get himself knocked around, but will eventually win like a badass. ‘Has his own boss music’ level of power.
I imagine my MC to be the sort of future supervillain. The Joker to someone’s Batman (perhaps Skylar?). But at the same time, he’d also help the heroes if the situation called for an alliance? So more a chaotic neutral antihero? Like, the villain you hate to love?
Look, again the rule. Leave his family alone, and you’re golden.

Wanted to share my MC here. Hope that’s okay and not a derail.

Alexei Viktorovich Morozov. Soon-to-be head of the Morozov Family, although not by choice. He wants to please his grandfather and uncle, but he’d much rather be out on the streets, putting the boot in as a vigilante.
Brutish in strength and brutish in nature. A prodigy when in combat, he is woefully stupid when out of it. If he were any dumber, he’d be saying ‘unga bunga’ and fighting with a pointy chunk of flint. He likes natural history, though. Viktor took him to the zoo all the time.
Has a certain Rasputinian charisma, although through force of personality rather than any actual charm. When he chooses to speak, sheer concentrated spite lends his words a surprising intensity. In another life, he could have been a drill sergeant, and would have relished making hardened jarheads cry.
In combat, Alexei much prefers gravikinesis to umbrakinesis. Shadowy tentacles are all well and good, but nothing compares to the thrill of a gravity-assisted spinebreaker. He wishes he could wear a regular mask instead of a shadow, given the vulnerability to flashbangs. And skulls are so passe- why can’t he wear something more repulsive, like a many-eyed spider mask?
Yvette abandoning him has left Alexei with deep-seated hate for anything resembling healthy interpersonal relationships. After all, love made a fool of his father and left him humiliated. Yvette makes people love her, and she strolls through life on the backs of her adoring fans. Thus, Alexei fully expects betrayal from most people not named Morozov (minus Ash), and he is bemused that anyone thinks otherwise.
That said, Alexei does have a handful of redeeming qualities. He is fiercely loyal to his family (minus Yvette). He spends lavishly on them, and on Morozov lieutenants who serve him well; there are several soldiers of the Family whose children owe him their college education. Although he prefers to help the helpless through violence, he also donates large sums to charity; it’s less satisfying than beating people up, but it’s an acceptable substitute. Money might be Alexei’s only love language, but he’s not shy about using it.
General opinions on the cast, in his words:
On Viktor: I miss you.
On Grandfather: I’ll make you proud.
On Luka: I love you, but how stupid can you get?
On Yvette: There are insects that eat their children. At least they’re honest.
On Ash: The only one I can trust.
On Santana: I have this urge to take you home and feed you a proper dinner. Bring a long spoon.
On ‘Nemesis’: I’m a firm believer in a fair trade. How’s your family?

The Public Update is now live! 
Hey guys! First of all, I want to say thank you for all the condolences and the kind words
They really meant a lot to me.
And of course, I’m here to deliver the public update 
The update brings 27K new words (excluding codes) into the demo, bringing the overall word count to 384K words!
Some new stuff to expect from the update (without spoilers 
):
- Some changes and options additions in Ash’s Hangout.
- A whole new section and new scenes added at the end of Ash’s Hangout.
- A (promised) brunch with Rin
Just a word of warning, I did change one or two variables in the previous iteration of Chapter 7, so if you’re using an old save file, there’s a small chance it might give some error. But hopefully it doesn’t. Of course, the safer way would be to play with a new, clean save (either playing from the beginning or use the quickstart to get to Chapter 6 immediately).
Anyway, I’ll start answering spoiler asks regarding the update in a day or two on Tumblr And when I answer them, I’ll make sure to tag them with the #chapter 7 spoiler tag.

So…at this point I have to ask…is the civilian route going to happen at all?
Editing this in (yes, five hours later) can we maybe get an option to just not name the guns? That’s always seemed a silly and careless conceit to me, to have a weapon, often an illegal one or one you use in a crime or crimes, that’s easily identifiable as yours and easy to trace back to you.

This was an incredible update. Thank you! I particularly liked the bodega’s storyline (?) and my ruthless!umbrak!reader’s reaction to it. It’s always fascinating seeing an author side characters come to life. But having the chance to interact with Rin was also fun. Ash/Rin/MC poly is my drug, and their relationship building heals me.
Is there a chance that calling our guns “Cara” and “Viktor” will be able to have an impact of the story? Because I’m vicious and soft for my faves, and I feel like that could make all the difference seeing angry grandpa being into that lol
