Alt universe is the almost complete lawful control (the fact that they still gotta have security details). You are a hero with power used to maintain law of a government (not cause right/wrong/moral/immoral). Maybe they have the right stuff outside of just 99% following established law. Curious to how strict they will be.
Knowing I fall into Neutral Good category as tons do, I would be arrested in that world of LN or LE. Complete control as described at end sounds like LN not LG. Some LE would rule the way they described too. The factors of independent versus dependent. Its forced law, thus not independent law.
Would have to see, jaywalking in game response will answer this post. A one world government isn’t good, nor is it evil, it lacks checks and balances.
When crossing a road. Cross at only crosswalks? How respond to those that don’t go to crosswalk to cross road?

That being said, I’m currently trying to go through and decide what my “canon” choices are. And I ran into a bit of a roadblock.
If you kill Rattlebags, does that stop you from unlocking the early romance scene with Ghostling? Or is there something I’m missing?
By “the early romance scene with Ghostling”, do you mean the scene where she invites you to hang out in the snow? That scene requires at least 70 relationship points with Ghostling, and if you don’t let Ghostling kill Rattlebag herself (which will give you a big relationship boost with her), you might not be able to earn enough relationship points to trigger that scene.
Yes it prevent you from having that scene if you don’t kill or let her kill rattlebag

Only did one. Somehow still confused on its ending as was more of a fling/one night stand and impossible to get pregnant from. No indication it was going to be more than that, as it ended next morning. No context. Same body parts. No talk of anything serious.
It needed more input from output. Lots indisclosed discussion that was completely ignored.
I want to do a non-LI run. Kinda waiting so can have save system beforehand. Next run I do I want saved to carry over.

Easily one of my favourite games by CoG. I’m looking forward to the dlc or sequel whichever one rounds up this story. What i really wanna know though is if MC will end up being stronger than their mentor? Like physique MC’s (superman) mentor is basically a demi god what with them having many powers. I wanna know if MC will gain more powers or simply improve in their strength and speed department?
I played as a Time Manipulation MC and tried for a flawed hero approach - sharing Sawyer’s dedication to the legacy of the Omega Responders, but morally more ambiguous such as working for PARENTS and letting Ghostling take revenge on Rattlebag.
When Thaumaturge reveals his apparent awareness of the medium, I think its interesting to test how heroic the MC could still be despite believing it. I pictured it as situation of being aware of the terrible truth but still going along with the role.
It’s really hard, if not impossible, to see the MC surpass the super-mentor in my opinion.
Keep in mind that we haven’t even see the super-mentor at their 100%…
But then again most Unsupervised fights aren’t really all about physical strenght soooo…

New update for this dropped. Guess the sequel was converted to this new section. Shame that the initial release destroyed the goodwill of the demo
The villian side is the same so might be for the hero side but i never played that.
I’m really happy to see that it won’t end on a cliffhanger but my only quibble is that without accessing cheats there is a tad too many options in the beginning and we also start off the stats being way too low especially considering we are supposed to be highly trained maybe at level 2 or three but not level one
Finished the update today. Amazing. I’m just curious about the “To Be Continued” at the end. The vibe I’m getting is there’s no part 2 planned, and I really hope there will be a part 2. Unsupervised is easily in my top5 COGs. I hope this doesn’t count as asking for an update.
Where is the update at? I keep getting a bunch of “to be continued” in places that i think were part of the game pre-update.
Any full villain route i tried, i kept reloading and doing every option/combo. And it always results in Nora coming and then “to be continued”. If going anti-hero it ends always at meeting Nora at the grave. ((Both of these i think were in the original?))
The only route i see that MAY have the update added in is the time powers story, but thats only because i dont remember how that one specifically ended before the added stuff.
If you have the update, there should be a huge showdown with Shimmer outside the Omega Responders’ headquarters after the party in Ch8. That’s all new. What leads up to it is mostly the same as it was before, and what happens afterwards is a combination of old and new content. If you get that scene, you have the update.
Most, if not all, routes, are going to end with “To Be Continued.” This is a thematic decision (a hero’s work is never done), probably an aesthetic one (most superhero stories, from comic books to the MCU with its famous after-credits scenes, end with some kind of nod to future adventures), and definitely a hint that the authors aren’t done with these characters and their world (the main plot is wrapped up so that readers have a complete story to enjoy, but there are plenty of loose threads remaining that could be picked up in a sequel). (And before you ask, that’s the extent of my knowledge of a possible sequel. I don’t know for sure that there will be one, let alone when, or what it would be about beyond what you can figure out from the way this game ends.)
It’s the hero route that been updated since that’s the one people were complaining about. 90% of villain endings are the same as before
