Will there be any hidden achievements or side missions that may not necessarily benefit your cause but helps you out personally or just builds on your character and their background?

I really like this game. It’s probably my favorite WIP on the forums currently, and I was disappointed when it ended.
That said, I must echo the previous call for same-sex romance options for a fascist main character. I was surprised to discover that a female New Order MP only has three choices for an SO, while a female Solidarity MP can date what seems like half the cast.
And I have to say, I did not envision Riga as Moseley. His physical description makes him sound like Hitler, but I suppose that’s because they have the same mustache.

Uh yeah, lots of em. They call themselves homonationalists and they’re not popular in the LGBTA community.
Also self-defeating cause if their movements ever do take power guess who’s near the top of the “to purge” lists, eh? 
It’s like Turkeys voting for more Christmas and Thanksgiving and the US voters consistently voting to make themselves poorer and the rich richer. Only ten times more moronic.
And that’s your prerogative, for most characters I can go along with Alex, but I tend to imagine Jules a little more like Anthony Dupray in the 1930’s and I have my own divergent depictions of von Harzberg and Kovac in my head.

To be openly or even closeted gay in a fascist party that you’re a member it minimal a dangerous for political career if not for your health. If they found out you will be labeled as a child predator at worst they will kill you. And also historically during this time When was a fascist party even remotely tolerant LGBT during this time period. So it wouldn’t make sense you have even an Inkling of that sexual preference you would be connecting yourself to fascists.

Homosexuality and general LGBT transcend ideology and religion.
Now I am not saying every priest and nazi is homosexual or something else but there have been such examples.

But wasn’t the reason he was executed because hitler thought the SA had grown too powerful and not because he was a homosexual? Or at least wikipedia seems to say so

I’m not saying that a same-sex romance set in an early 20th century fascist state has to end happily, I’m saying that arguing against having them because “it’s not rational for a fascist to be gay” betrays a pretty basic lack of understanding of both political history and human sexuality.

Obviously you should have the option; this is fiction after all. It doesn’t matter if it makes sense to one person or the other, if the player wants it, they should have that freedom. There are plenty of fine ROs for straight NO players such as myself, so there should be plenty of options for homosexual NO players, too. This is a game, not a legitimate historical text. Is part of it’s aim to be mostly realistic? Yes. But the options should still exist like every other game.

Personally, I have to disagree with you, Alex gives a pretty even split for the ROs, this is a game, but it’s also the vision of the author. This author feels it would be unrealistic to include gay ROs for an up coming fascist in the 1930s. Personally I think it’s not unrealistic that a NO MC could be gay, I think it’s unrealistic that they’d act on those feelings for fear of being outed.
Do I want to be able to have lesbian sex with Herta or Alessandra, damn straight I do, am I going to complain, no.
This is something that frustrates me in a lot of these threads, authors are not obligated to put out something that pleases everybody. I personally would love to be able to have my MC in Cataphrak’s infinity series be a crossdressed girl and have a lesbian relationship with Katarina, but that’s not a direction he wants to take it. Will I offer suggestions and opinions, yes. Will i be irritated if they don’t agree with these, no.
Let me repeat this, authors are not obligated to please everyone. They are obligated to put out the best work they possibly can in accordance with their artistic vision, and that’s a mark I think Alex hits pretty damn easily.

I’m saying that because one the most powerful fascists the states and you also see it in Spain as well have massive anti-gay agenda literally with Nazis they would kill you like if you were Jewish, gypsy or handicapped, homeless. It was literally undesirable trait to the party organization and of fascist organizations Would them would literally and end your life over it.
Is it near implausible if not extremely unlikely. Considering you’re would be part organization that openly hate who you are. This is not even Going into just how normal homophobia was in 1930s.

Concerning the possible sequel set in the 80s, do you think we are expected to see any of the characters in this game?

Aside from a possible cameo, something about it feels unlikely. MC was born in September 1902 according to the intro, I think Alessandra is somewhere in her early 40’s, and the other RO’s are within that age bracket. By the start of the game, that would place them in their mid-80s to early 90s. And I don’t even think that our MCs from this game are meant to be alive at that point.

You say that and yet Queen Elizabeth is somehow still alive; I wouldn’t expect anything like a major role of course, but maybe you found one of Harry’s photographs or Lou’s movies in a basement or something
