The exception is Genbu, Genbu is not super big, but still bigger than your average heavy tank. Look up the Maus then imagine genbu but a little bit smaller than the said tank, Genbu’s size may change though.

Yes it’s smaller. Genbu still classify as a heavy tank and not a super heavy tank, that means there’s a limit, the problem is I’m having a hard imagining those limits.
