And, like, honestly. I just kinda love seeing everyone’s MCs and hearing about how they, specifically, interact with their LI. Like. I just kinda of love hearing about it. Its cool to see how different people interact with the characters and what they want to see out of the romances like… I always want more of that. I will ship any MC and UB member.

I had to look ‘Pinky and the Brain’ up, for I had never even heard of them, but I definitely see the likeness. You are spot on, in my opinion.
And, honestly, I would not be bothered if Murphy and Douglas would become canon. I do not see it happen, because Murphy does not strike me as a romantic individual, but I would not be bothered. In fact, it would make Douglas interesting, in my opinion. Because what the frick did that boy do to garner the attention from such a man?!

@Mewsly, I disagree with Bobby being trash! It is unacceptable. They are just… very self-centered… Alright, mayhap they are a tad bit trashy… But I do not ship Bobby with Murphy! That is a definite NO for me. Bobby is too good for Murphy…

“Holy ****, I didn’t think that would work! Now all that’s left is to never EVER be around training facilities with A inside. Or I’m dead. But man, that was totally worth it!”

To be honest though if A is the who trained MC, I think they will be proud of the detective’s accomplishment. 
Yet at the same time A could not handle being bested, even if it is their sweetheart who bests them.
Unfortunately, I cannot see the detective winning from the vampires (not until they become a vampire themselves), unless they play naughty. And I mean naughty naughty. Winks, lingering glances, certain smiles, suggestive noises, sexy lingerie peeking from underneath training gear (which would be very uncomfortable to train in, but so worth it if it can make the sparring vampire flustered), etc.
Oh, no doubt.
But only if det. achieved the victory more or less fairly and didn’t gloat afterwards for a long time. None of the two apply to my MC, btw
Just popped in to say Douglas Rider is the best character in this game and anyone who thinks otherwise can fight me.
Seriously, he’s a funny kid I love to love him and love to hate him.
(Had work [busier than usual], but I had some time to mull things over on the way there. I also second the whole dary0004 business and feel there’s something off with that, but it’s off-topic so that’s all I have to say about it.)
For some reason, I can’t help but “pair together” my MC and Bobby’s sister (who, at this point, I’m calling Sammy–I guess it fits the theme of “names that either gender could use without it being unusual”). Not in any romantic or sexual way (AU isn’t being counted here), but partly connected to the fact that they were affected by Bobby (both past and present). Anything beyond that are plot bunnies and headcanons. Beyond that… I can’t help but see F and Tina hanging out together, N and a more ambitious Douglas learning from each other (just came into my mind–don’t ask why), and Verda and Mum/Rebecca chatting over a glass of wine. I have nothing for M, though maybe M’s Fist/Mayor Friedman’s Face.

While on the subject of best side character, I nominate grandpa cop who checked our ID at the beginning of the game.
He’s the finest Wayhaven has to offer; a diligent and incorruptible symbol, a bright flaunting flag in the face of the upcoming troubled times. And my gut tells me he’s secretly an incubus.
