Anyone have any tips on building professional skills past the demo point? Up until the place where the demo left off I think I’ve got it down, but it’s like after that I never build skills at all anymore.
For the people skill choose options that a sociable person would make For example when you’re reminded about how you met verda if you choose you introduced yourself to him immediatley you get a boost in people, while if you choose you were excited because you were both putting your minds to work you get a boost for int
I think every time you chose an answer with some kind of science related to it (the blood for example) it increases the science/technology aspect at least that’s how I explain how I have more than 60% of it at each of my playtest… The people one seems to rise when you chose answers that are more “extroverted” (like care for people, charming them etc) However I’m really just guessing…

Okay so because I’ve seen something mentioned about N that has me wondering about my interpretation of them: When F mentions that some of UB get more blood bags than others to tease N, I interpreted it as N taking less blood - because I see them as trying to avoid being too vampiric. They certainly seem to not be too happy about ‘being more like the other members of UB than they’d care to admit’.
So now my question is, did you guys interpret it as N needing more blood than the others? Because it would make sense too and now I’m confused.

She tends to gorge more on blood bags than the rest. Which would make sense, and I feel it would be a nice contrast to how sweet she is. Especially when she says she’s more like them than she’d care to admit.

I just finished my playthrough for Farah. I may just have a new favorite romance… She’s just so darn adorable and caring towards the detective. My detective is such an independent and emotional soul who is used to relying on sarcasm and humor to get by. Farah is such a sweetheart to her, and her secret hope for a proper romance is too good!

I saw it as him drinking more. But I didn’t think much of it, actually, I guess my nutritionist ass was chill with it because he is bigger than the rest, therefore he will have bigger nutritional needs.

Thats actually what I thought as well the first time I played it but I’m not entirely sure either way. Both make sense, at least to me, so I’ll guess we’ll have to wait and see.

In my romance with Adam, when we are at the hospital in the end, he was tracing the line of the vain in my MCs neck. I almost die there.

That’s interesting. Perhaps it changes based on your and their gender? I like tiny variations like that though. One of the things to look out for. I know when I tried playing a very confident and direct male character going for Nat, I about died when she was in his room and he cupped her cheeks in his hands. My first run through with Nat as a self insert I was pretty shy around her so I’m not sure if that scene changes when you play as a female though or if it’s the same.
If it’s not the same then damn it I demand to be able to do that on my female characters! 
I think the scenes change a tiny bit depending on the gender, yes.
I have only play as female going for M!vamps. And for what other user said, when he romanced Farah, in the final scene she kisses his cheek, while if you are F!MC and Felix, he grabs your hand and kisses your fingers.

Literally the only thing I am lowkey sad about the first book is that UB didn’t get to meet Bobby yet! 
I just can’t wait to see how that meeting is going to play out, especially with A and M. Especially if Bobby happens to be MC’s ex…
About N, MC’s blood is mentioned in every playthrough I think, but they seem to be the most panicky about it, not at all like their usual calm self? The contrast to A for example is quite big.

I find combat the hardest stat to raise myself, but I can tell you that after the end of the demo there’s at least one point where you can get a major increase to any one stat. When you are at the Agency facility and have to decide whether or not you want to let them test your blood, each option will correspond to one of the stats depending on the reason you give to do the tests or not. For example, saying that you want to help the Agency will increase people, saying that you want to learn how to defend yourself increases combat, etc
Edit: i was just reading back through the messages i skimmed and realised that the original person who asked for ways to increase stats was @CountessKlair so i’m just going to mention you in this
