Hey do any of you guys know anything about Nutella or could give us any news about updates on the patreon demo(Public Demo is still not uploaded so asking for the one actually some of you have)?
Things have truly been silent and that’s really concerning on my eyes, know that the demo of Book 2 was already up on patreon and was advancing quite well so if you have anything to tell through that would be enough for me.
It is indeed something to be concerned about. Since July 30, the patreon has not been updated. The last post was the demo of the second book itself. Tumblr (where it would be more active) has been stopped for over a month.
Yeah and can confirm that Nutella is not answering asks on tumblr since a lot, been sending lots of inquiries about the lore and stuff all never reaching here really.
Iirc, Nutella said on Tumblr that she was preparing to apply for a master’s degree, so I understand the delay in updates. Applying for postgrad takes a ton of effort and I wish her the best.

I know this comment was a long time ago but i don’t think leia can be the monarch because she is adopted i don’t think an adopted child can be the next monarch or at least all blood related children will take preference over any adopted children
Nutella has said adopted children and biological are treated as the same under the eyes of the Sword and given the land is happy to follow the Sword as the be all and end all the adopted children are legitimate in the eyes of succession. So any adopted kids you have stand the same chance as the bio.
I think the close combat might be for (obviously knifes and hand to hand) but hand to hand knifes can be used for assassins or for court combat like for instance (say your in your the king and in royal court and you start arguing with a noble and he swings at you or you swing at him hand to hand would-be good and say you beat him so bad he pulls a knife you most likely would have your knife so you would pull it out to so knife combat would be good) or say (an assassin tires to kill you knife combat would be great and if you disarm them hand to hand combat would be great) wouldn’t it or say (you want to kill Richard atheris or erwan by assisting them yes you could have sumone else assassin them but Word of advice if you want sumthing done right DO IT YOUR SELF so if you do it knife combat would be awesome if your trying to assassin anyone your self and if you get disarmed hand to hand combat would be awesome)

Man I have long disagreed with this but guess the blood “requirement” is nearly extinguished on SOR, the sword is really a lot more inclusive than one would give it credit.
Well will still try to influence the successor election and place my favourite kiddo on the Throne if we cannot go all the way for primogeniture, which may be a choice given we can destroy the sword with all the consequences given on the next books according to Nutella.
Dose anyone know if this has been stopped or has the author just t lot going on in there life
Book One is already out.
The author is working on book 2, but you know how it is life happens. So we are just being patient until we hear something from the author.
thank god sword didnt pick me cuz my dumbass woulda speedran the absolute ruin of this whole kingdom, on some any % world record glitchless type stuff
No news from the author? I’m starting to get worried.
I’m on their Patreon and haven’t heard anything from them in a while, I would recommend checking tumblr if they have one. And it could be that something came up and the author needed to take a step back for whatever reason.
We just have to be patient and see.
On tumblr it’s been two months since the last post. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t want to rush the author into posting the second book but I always get anxious when an author disappears for a while. This already happened with my favorite book and until today I have no news. I wouldn’t want that to happen to Sword of Rhivenia or the author.
Unfortunately, we don’t have control what happen to the author’s RL events. We have to keep in mind that the authors have life outside of these books. We don’t know if these are just side projects and they have their RL responsibilities to take care of. It is just the reality of HG authors.
Yeah hopefully all is going well on Azerbaijan the home of our writer(with the Aliyevs,Armenia etc it is a complex scenario), beyond that just want to express the same wish that Nutella and the project thrive for years to come.
