I made a play being benevolent and restarted and played F… honestly this is a kind of game that doesn’t have room for so much kindness only if you want to die at the hands of your enemies or your own people. And Astryn doesn’t deserve mercy, in the second book I’ll kill whoever I have to kill be it Isabelle or Richard or anyone who rises against my MC, these people of Rhivenia are cruel they don’t deserve pity.

I sympathise with Isabelle but I draw the line at despising someone for their parent’s mistakes. That goes beyond being pragmatic; it’s needlessly cruel.
And if she’s the one trying to stoke rebellion in favour of Richard, aka trying to cause instability in a kingdom that’s already at war, she could die for all I care.

I was actually sympathizing with Isabelle the whole story, even when she obviously hated me I didn’t blame her. Yes it’s in the past but she probably still feels hatred and can’t stop it, all she knows is someone poisoned her baby. But I started disliking her when I was shown how she was trying to put a divide between me and Atheris and how actively she wanted me to fall since I was “Alvena’s favourite”.
Although Alvena started it by trying to poison Isabelle, she actually didn’t know she had a baby or so we are told. Idk this all seems like a cycle of revenge

We’ve talked about the tortures to be done to Richard, but I guess the real torture is to let him be king. So just leave the throne to him and take Clara from him, then just watch Richard and his people who want him so much. He made terrible bad decisions. I guess it has more or less the same ending as MC’s bad ending :d

Oh i tried. But somehow it’s always Atheris that ended up in the throne.
We also don’t know why our mom felt the need to do that. She didn’t try to kill Isabella or her unborn child, she intended to leave her infertile. Perhaps Isabella was plotting to get her executed and poisoning Charles’ mind? It might be that our mom was just afraid for her life and had to be needed by Charles to survive. By sterilizing Isabella she might have protected her life and her position. Yet she still regrets what she did even if it was far more merciful than what that backstabbing schemer deserves. Our mom is not a good person, what she did was wrong but she’s a better person than both Isabella and Charles.

You have to be extra kind and unreasonably supportive of Richard. Because Clara is hurting your relationship anyway and you have to be very friendly with him. Otherwise Atheris takes the throne.
Kind ironic, all of them where so happy if he was the one chosen by the sword but at the end they all want him dead.
Make we wonder if we can use it to get support to to our self or Atheris like using the fact that
we are no longer allies with Queen Lena because Richard refuse to make her his wife becuse he only want Clara to be his queen despise the fact that both Clara and Lena could be his wife’s.
Probably didn’t help that Queen Lena said that she would not care so long that Clara will allways be second to her

I honestly question the wisdom, of that sh###tty sword: choosing clown Richard over awesome Aetheris… It is so wrong.
Ah, the people of the kingdom are all whiny clown… Apparently the only one, who have a bit of brain are : Daemir, Aetheris, Jarven and possibly the MCs…
Maybe someone else.

I just started the game, and I love it so far! I was wondering, how old are each of our siblings in the beginning? I’m trying to picture them, but kids are hard to picture without ages. They change so quickly!

I honestly really liked Richard, all of my siblings in fact. I refused to marry him off, and I fell for Revna. After I agreed to the political marriage with Lena (played a lesbian and considered Xavier a friend not husband) Revna said she couldn’t be with me if I’m with another even though I said it was only a political marriage. Is the only way to be with Revna by screwing over my brother or gaining no allies at all?

Revna is too possessive to accept you marrying someone else, even if it’s just political. So yeah, unless you marry Richard off, there’s no way for your MC to both solidify any alliances and successfully romance her before the end of book 1.
