These are my thoughts/curiosities/process so far, I thought it might be helpful to see how a reader even if just one is taking in the story, what’s effective what’s come across and also this is something I enjoy doing so I included my understanding so far and I could definitely be wrong or missed something, also don’t mean to somehow act like I’m telling author what they or others already know like I’m retelling the story and rewriting what you write. I hope this is okay and I managed to be helpful/nice some way!

I was gonna say there were mentions throughout about an odd comfort/familiarity/draw to who mc’s been seeing.
(idk if it’s not really a thing unless u pick the options directly mentioning it or it still is MCs just not realising it/grasping clarity fully understandably because that’s a scary experience to go through? Without being religious or having some spiritual belief though I think either mc would still be shaken, it’s just full on skepticism vs instinct n trusting yourself without a nugget of belief already. Not completely sure how religious beliefs/how much of that is pickable by the player but so far there’s two depicted, take out your cross and point it to the sky begone! Or there is no way, I must be loosing it. Which I really appreciate, course you can probably dabble in both option wise for your mc?)
One example is, on the train ‘a familiar cold’ (vampires being dead probably would be chilly to the touch but maybe Drac if he was turned and tended to be cold before? Idk abt vampires having kids was cold to the touch/cold blooded too?) to where it’s oddly comforting is mentioned, the pull towards what probably is Drac is solidified quick (atleast imo as a reader personally) and my thoughts where it’s either the specific connection they share OR probably Drac has some power/ability like mind control, hypnosis etc. Because that’s a known thing/ability common with vampires in fiction, it’d make sense but it also could be both (connection + powers) at play when it comes to mc.
(A lot of this I wrote when I’d only played till getting off the train and added bits in over a few days finishing chapter so sorry if things are a bit all over the place, this is just showing my throught process and experience with the game!)

Which idk if they have to verbalise like how in some supernatural fiction/media there’s spells you have to say to make it happen/call it, not all spells silent. But this adds to it. I’ve seen a time where one character could do it all silent but that wasn’t regular or was rare/high level or skill necessary and idk how regular such a specific quirk/mc point appears-
Another likely example of Drac’s ability to manipulate the mind, ‘compelling’ influencing, powerful pushes/suggestions outside of Drac getting us out the house is how when we end up outside of Lucy’s place and we see Drac we feel ourselves ‘unable to look away’. Lucy calls our name several times.
The selectable option we get
“I find myself transfixed at the sight, wanting to reach for it” outside lends itself to what I’ve spoke of, but as always it can also just be their bond or both powers + bond; how/the moment Lucy ’sleepwalks’ is an e.g./supports as-well.
ontop of mc having nightmares/dreams or memories because they share them/their connection allows/has that effect if im understanding correctly, I also wouldn’t be surprised if Drac had the ability to manipulate dreams or if maybe mc’s subconscious knows something’s up and their presence or ‘watching’ is causing some reaction in the system. Sleep? Not easy when you feel like someone’s literally watching/surveilling you. Drac could be trying to get mc to remember something, introduce themselves, lead mc away somewhere, waiting for a good moment or just push a narrative. A Mixture perhaps.
Mc being pulled out the house at the beginning is a key example on Drac’s influence/their relationship. Drac seems to want to get MCs attention, pulling mc out the house not literally physically but definitely that’s what happened, knocking on the train window, whispering, literally pressing their fangs into MCs neck when they get up, more blatantly picking up their hat and giving it to the mc to talk to them which is less sneaky but still looking for something, testing, playing a game, etc. Drac could (it’s likely the case) be treating mc like a fish in a fishbowl. Going off Drac and those 3 I’ve got no good name to refer to them as really, black moulds the band, the moulds, mould clan? mould troupe?…maybe that’s a wip lol (I understand that’s not cannon, I just want to be petty cause i feel it’s the least I can do atm 
. Trust and believe they will get smighted, more then that. They’re gonna have to create a new word.) they like to play with their ‘food’ so to speak. Power play. Drac is like the bully with a crush trope turned 1000% plus they’ve cooked for years and years, idk if it’s partially/or just feeding into it or largely because of the excitement disbelief and craze of seeing mc again. Being so worked up thrilled desperate they’re taking pleasure in seeing their influence/mc bothered because it means she’s real and she feels it, something is still there, something that can’t be taken? That they can tug on their bond and there’ll be a reaction/feedback. The whispering/talking could be not apart of that and they’re just so excited they’re talking to themselves dialoguing, a ‘finally I see you again’. Honestly could be narrating like they’re in a doll house playing looking in, the bigger entity looming in, and have got dolls and a ‘favourite’ doll. Immortal ego/superiority where they’re like look at this cute human take a shower and get ready for work.
Possibly an issue of assuming familiarity like Drac could think/feel n act like they can just continue from where they left off or it’s just a detour/has been one and they can redirect and come together and be together again like a movie. Likely Drac only cares about mcs comfort aslong as it doesn’t effect Drac’s goals/wants. A controlling thing, condescending because you’re not respecting the individuals autonomy they’re already like well I already figured everything out this is how it’s meant to be I don’t even need to question. Might even not care at all. It’s very scary that’s an understatement probably. The dynamic like a cat affectionately playing with a mouse, but that’s tormenting as a mouse especially when you don’t know that cat at all-
—One thing a crazed lover/ex lover or ‘admirer’ is probably gonna have is a confirmation bias lol. A lot of what he was whispering translated pretty much confirms a lot of that but even without understanding what Drac’s saying you get the idea I feel anyway. Probably would’ve come to that same conclusion without, though Jonathons pov helps with getting more of Drac’s character and one could argue how you’d more likely get there.
Rough translation of some lines being and generally lines that support my thoughts
“You’re finally coming back to me where you belong.”
“How I missed your sweet voice and tender touch.”
‘They’re gonna know and get it when I send them an anonymous/largely dubious letter confessing my love and how I’m watching so closely because I care’ type, maybe that was a younger version of Drac or one that’s still relevant with mindset etc. Some sick (not in a good way) ooo come and find me, when will you figure it out, I want to see you suprised you’ll always come to me thinking they’re real romantic and they consider it dreamy and or it’s just self serving that they have fun with, dehumanising really. wouldn’t be that surprised if they have a bit of pandemic with that, any creature with a decent life span longer then the average humans really. Vampires i feel like would probably be big in that game tho 
With pressing their fangs idk if they were getting overzealous and were hyped and decided no we have to savour and wait I can’t jump the gun , or just a playing indulgent thing again. Based off what Drac was saying, their origins are either in Romania or Romania related, some population who lived elsewhere who speak Romanian kinda like how more then just French ppl in France speak/mainly atleast partially speak French? Be it Canada or countries and or /communities in Africa? Or it could be one of the languages they’ve picked up on, having a lot of time you’d probably do a lot of travel or get real bored and decide to take something else up. Like learning a language either due to boredom or plans n so on. I feel especially with so much time in their belt, the language usage really matters not that it doesn’t as a mortal it definitely does, but with such a large amount of time alive/available it’s an extra layer of telling/lore there. Be it what Drac was born speaking before being turned, just spent a lot of formative/self building years/time however many years (maybe Drac just got into speaking Romanian the past year, it could say something about his age too I know some languages are older then others?) back around a place, in a country, in a community, certain ppl that’s left an impact,
