Not gonna lie, kinda thought this one wasn’t coming back and I’m super stoked for the updates! ^-^
This story does such a good job at setting the mood, being spooky and mysterious. When I’m reading this I feel like I’m plopped right into the story, not sitting behind a screen just reading it. The world and characters all feel really alive, and rewarding to interact with.

Playing brash, aloof, skeptical MC was so much fun. 
“LOL so what you’re saying evil water vapour is keeping me here 
”, fucking with rescuers crew at the party, “Demonic rage, what are talking about? That was adrenaline. Duh.” The number of eyeballs MC made to almost roll out of their sockets had to be impressive. 
Interactions with Croft deserve special mention, as my MC is basically “Croft but skeptical” (they even share seething hatred of Ravi) and them two hissing and spitting at each other like a pair of angry tatzelwurms were bloody hilarious to imagine, with cherries on top of the cake such as Croft contemplating murder when MC flirts with them. 
I sure hope MC won’t have to go nice to romance them. No better love language than “Fuck you!” – “No, fuck you!”
Cannot wait for the next installation of MC’s adrenaline-fueled attempts to escape this mundane town next to the completely normal lake.

Apologies, but is this where the demo is supposed to end? This is the last page before the Play Again screen comes up. From what I gather from other posts here, it seems like there’s supposed to be more.

FOG I think it woud be nice if one arm or leg gets eaten or Chopper of and the fog Provides an Alternative you also coud us this and then make some indoor fitgh Scens white the arm bring pure fog or maby fog Mc Sees evrething that Happens on the Island with the fog being evreywere you coud Even Go so fare that Mc then turns into a lesser variant of the Great old one that Controller evrething on the Island if the Powers Are used all the time Not that I woud do somthing Like this just to See wath Happens 
side Note I noticed a disturbing Lack of Tentacels I Need more tentacel in Game mabye some fore Mc that he Looks Like slanderman or something

If I may, it looks like there was some sort of update on the 6th, but I replayed the game and didn’t see anything new or different. Was it possibly like a code update? I only ask because I got super excited and then super confused lol.
I’ve really been enjoying this story so far, and has become probably my most recommended game on r/hostedgames

It was only a minor update, unfortunately! Sorry to get hopes up. I had someone on tumblr report a bug that prevented a whole block of flavor text from showing up in chapter 2. Normally I wait for big updates for my bug fixing but wanted to get that one fixed right away since I really like that part lol c:

Read this for the first time today and really enjoyed it. Very small nitpick is theres at least two occasions where the word nonplussed is used to mean like unbothered with no reaction, when the word actually means the complete opposite. Its a common mistake though.
