Yes, I’m wondering that too it’s been awhile since we last felt their presence.

The author is fine. Just busy with a dentistry degree, as mentioned on the blog/other key sources linked from there.

You should add past History With the gods who betrayed the MC like Sol like he was friend or enemy

So When the MC turns into someone different than They remember So we can see their reaction on how mc turned out

Does the discord still exist btw? Clicking the link does not take me to it.

I was just thinking. To me, it’d be cool if Death could have a past relationship/crush option with Amorr too, just like Sol.

A couple ideas I had. Since Amorr is a Deity, we could have the option that MC and Amorr had mutual feelings for each other over 2000 years ago, but Amorr refused to give in to those feelings because of Sol’s orders and her own pride/stubbornness/selfishness much to the annoyance or frustration of Death.
When the betrayal happened, Amorr mockingly throws Death’s feelings in their face with a harsh rejection.
Only for Amorr to spend 2000 years regretting betraying the 1 person who truly loved them for them.

Or a second option.
2000+ years ago, Amorr knew Death was in love with them, but they refused to ever “love a monster” and constantly rejected Death.
When the betrayal happened, Amorr used Death’s feelings against them to trick them and help the betrayal. Only to spend 2000 years regretting it because they finally realized they had feelings for Death too.

I just like the idea of the Deity of Love experiencing heartbreak. Extra fun if Amorr sees Death move on to RO’s (not Sol) who actually treat them with the love they deserve.

I apologize for the random ass rant. I can’t wait to go nuclear on all the Gods. There’s no forgiveness.

The second idea sounds interesting.

That first idea screams angst :flushed: :heart_eyes:

Dont know if it was mentioned here yet but, for all you enemies to lover types:

Personally going to stick woth the former lovers relationship myself, but figured others would have fun learing about this.

That little news aside, @Holtzmann , there is something i am a little curious about since it was mentioned (though if its too spoilery to answer, its fine): the unknown deity who has had their eyes on Sol, even if Sol was married to Death MC; was Sol aware of said deity’s interest in him even while married to Death or is it something he only became aware of after the sealing of his spouse?

wait there is an unknown deity that has eyes for sol?

@yb_minhee

Apparently. Though who that deity could be is currently still a mystery. Right now Nemeya and one of the twins are two (three?) suspects that some are throwing their bets on, though all that fully been confirmed is that a deity was envious of a Death who romanced Sol and that they made a move on him not long after Death MC’s sealing (though how successful that was is one of the other unknowns to this mystery).

Here’s a few asks about it.

holy shit. i am speechless. ngl if sol does end up moving on with the deity i will be major hurt. im settling this in court :triumph: :triumph:

Yeah, when I saw those asks about the deity, I was like WELP. :joy: Looks like that’ll be another issue that those who had romanced Sol will come to have to deal with in some way.

My MC Lunik’s opinion is not exactly high about their husband right now. Learning what happened to their followers and that Sol seemingly did nothing to stop the carnage? Gonna drop the opinion to a all time low. Then learning possibly after that how Sol slept with possibly one of the gods that helped seal them in such a brutal way? Icing on the cake and if it does turn out the deity is either their sister or one the twins, that would be like dumping a truckworth of salt over a still healing wound and further cement the plan to return Sol’s stone to him to get their own back.

Though I feel like if Sol actually did end up sleeping with the deity, it might probably be less of him moving on and more of a one night stand he immensely regrets ever doing. Or if he has a on-again-off-again thing going on with that deity, its a mutlple one night stand monthly event where he’s attemtping (keyword being ‘attempting’) to move on from his spouse for personal reasons and feeling no close to better after each of those sessions with the deity. And Death MC’s confirmed return makes romanced Sol less inclined to continue such a rocky ‘relationship’ with that deity, which might lead the deity to become more resentful of Sol’s escaped spouse and makes them one of the gods that will be hunting with the determination ans temperment of a honey badger that has been deprived of its honey.

Of course, thats just baseless guessing on my part.

Throw the divorce papers the marriage stone at his head.

definitely. my mc shinhyuk is just too busy being in their little dream land for now. walking on eggshells or else he’ll break down. he is so not fucking prepared for any of that happening. he is still clinging unto the past tho and i feel bad for subjecting him to that lmaoo but the angst is good

Do you mean that literally or figueratively? It’s kinda hard to tell when one of Death’s possible newly obtained domains is Dreams.

Oddly enough, I feel like after being directly stabbed by Sol and left to rot in a jail the whole Pantheon somehow tricked them into, him sleeping with someone else may sting for Lunik but it would not hurt them as much as what he has already directly done. It would be learning about the fates of their followers that would make them distraught and really furious with Sol and the other gods for going as far as to involve anyone connected to them. So they’re sort of prepared for the idea Sol would betray their bond in some other way once again, but not prepared for idea that the Pantheon would go so far as to hurt innocents connected to them and that Sol would do seemingly nothing (i say seemingly for now because I’m not sure if Romanced Sol was really just sitting around twiddling his thumbs as the wiping off the followers was taking place or if he might have been up to something else) to stop the others from going that extreme length.

Back to the possiblilty of Sol having a bedroom tumble with the jealous deity, there is still that chance that said deity was unsuccessful in their attempt to claim Sol as their own for a lot of possible reasons (like the deity made the move too soon, Sol was outright disgusted that the deity who may have readily agreed to sacrifice his spouse would have the audacity of trying to seduce him, etc). Death MC will very likely be screwed in either outcome though. If Sol rejected the deity’s advances, that would give them more fuel to their envy and resentment toward Death MC. If Sol accepted the deity’s seduction, the return of Death MC would probably be something they’d be even less pleased about since it has the risk of taking away the spot they managed to eventually pry away from the former spouse. Either way, a Death MC who romanced Sol may find themselves having to go against a deity that is very determined to deal with their competition for Sol’s full love once and for all.

With all that said, here’s some little peeks on the catalyst that was Chamion’s desire for vengenance against Death MC: Lyssandra, Queen of the Seas.

Some evidence against Sol and the envy divine.
I know they are pretty old ask, and the last one isn’t evidence, but is still interesting nonetheless, may have changed over time, like everything else, so take this with a grain of salt.
