ABOUT ME/BASIC SUMMARY

Hello everyone, I am Mishi. I started this project on a whim cause I thought “Why not? Could be fun”

Spirit Hunters is a supernatural/modern fantasy story about an average joe office worker who gets sucked into a world filled with deadly spirits, some good and some bad, and joins a secret organization known as Spirit Hunters. Their job is pretty self-explanatory, I think.

Currently it’s only 1 chapter because I wanted to see some folk’s thoughts on it.

PREMISE

Your life is painfully ordinary.

Same routines. Same streets. Same quiet sense that something is missing. You’re not special, you’re not chosen, just another person drifting through a boring, forgettable existence.

Until the night everything breaks. The night where your life turned upside down. In ways you never expected.

Spirits begin slipping through the cracks of purgatory, bleeding into the living world. Some are lost. Some are desperate. Some are dangerous. And caught in the middle are the Spirit Hunters. People who walk the line between worlds, keeping the dead from tearing reality apart.

You were never meant to be one of them.

Thrown headfirst into a hidden war you don’t understand, you must survive encounters with ruthless spirits, unravel the truth behind purgatory, and decide what kind of hunter you’ll become.

In this demo, experience the opening chapter of Spirit Hunters:
a slow-burning descent from normal life into something darker, crueler, and far more personal.

Make sure not to leave any widows/orphans. Try something like this:

Not a fan of the Sims 2 character creator at the beginning, but there are not a lot of ways to do it in an IF that aren’t so intrusive.

Watch your grammar/punctuation/capitalisation.

“Just in case you burst into tears.” he belly laughs.

Should be:

“Just in case you burst into tears.” He belly laughs.

Small mistakes like that are fairly frequent.

Ooooh, I love it :grinning_face::heart_eyes: I really like the drama and suspense. Unfortunately I couldn’t play with my own name, the box where you can write down your name never came up.

So far so good, but came across a bug where entering a custom name doesn’t actually allow you to put in your own name and takes you to the next passage instead!
