How come forums dedicated to community topics keep appearing, with many people replying in them, yet I am not able to reply? Ironically, one of the topics is on being better forum citizens. Here’s one tip: don’t act like the experiences of other forum members have no value to you.

That particular forum - the Plaza is set up to provide a place that authors and those experienced in the community can have a place to discuss topics that directly affect them.
It was decided by @RETowers to make this area viewable by all, just in case there is spill-over interest and there can be threads open to the general public areas that everyone can participate.
