Very cool update! I enjoyed it a lot! That being said, I found a bug around the post-war choices.
Fixed. Not sure how I missed that one, since it had to be there since the first public version. I guess not many people are interested in the âIâll sleep though the literal apocalypse, lmaoâ option, including myself when testing the game.
Surprisingly, it wasnât there before the update, for some reason. (Resident neutral here.) I assumed it was because of new added text?
One question, is Daemon a character who advocates harming humans or is he simply a character who protects the group he is with?
I like this RO a lot but if he advocates harming humans I probably wonât say a route with him.
Damon isnât into hurting humans for the heck of it. Hell, he doesnât even take the opportunity to kill the metas if you call for his help in the first chapter, just flies away into space once theyâre no longer a problem. Hadaly is probably more misanthropic than him, and sheâs not flying âTo Serve Menâ flags either.
I normally wouldnât answer a question like this, since I consider character information valid ground for spoilers, but itâs something you can take away from the demo itself, so⌠shrug
The simple fact that I am protective of the MC is enough for me, thank you.
My fault. I forgot the procedure I had for working with the plugin. Should be working now.
Minor update just released. Added an option to not have any weapons and implemented a simple âRO trackerâ that could be useful further down the line. Other than that itâs mostly just typo fixes and a removal of a singular dialogue bug.
If youâre interested in a âstatus updateâ then Iâve been working on chapters 3 and 4 simultaneously and now they both have a couple thousand words each. I may release the initial part of chapter three before the end of the month, but donât hold your breath or anything.
Also I made a lore post for the projectâs tumblr blog, so you can check that out if you want.
Major Update. Chapter 3 was just released, bringing the game to the total of 96K words excluding code and stat screen. Some features:
- Five new side characters introduced.
- Extended conversation scenes for every Saturn Nine character who didnât have one already.
- Octopus romance scene.
- 150% more chances for the MC to be a petulant asshole nobody likes.
- Optional riddle section.
- Sex change surgery.
- Minor tweaks to the first two chapters.
Chapter 4 is currently in production and, due to its relatively short length, is likely to come out somewhere in the following month. Do not treat that as a promise though. Iâm not currently in any state to make those.
Iâm also getting an incomplete prompt when you question Damonâs calling you boss.
Sonar uses sound waves, and sound canât propagate in a vacuum, so it wouldnât work in space. Radar would work here, though.
@Raptorofwar @Akainu Fixed both errors.
@KZV The reason why I didnât want to use radar there is because Crystalâs invisibility would be kinda worthless in that case. Radarâs radiowaves and visible light are both electromagnetic radiation, so the ability to trick one implies at least some control over the other. Sonar works because Crystal can still interact with air particles, which are around because of the âair bubbleâ the shuttle has. It all ultimately comes down to bullshit magic technology, of course, but it works in my mind well enough.
Hi, I quite enjoyed your demo! I will patiently wait for the next update.
Could we have options to be more subtle or shy when trying to romance the RO? I think my MC will stay single if all the choices are only bold ones
Could we have options showing that the MC doesnât wanât to kill the Wyvern? They were nice to talk to and itâs hard to just want to kill them after that.

Eh, Iâll see. Iâm not a fan of âblush and stutterâ type of options some stories offer, but there are some other ways to give less confident characters a shot at love, especially once thereâs time for proper âhangoutâ scenes with romancable characters.
If it helps anyhow, staying single is and will remain a valid option in this game. I am not writing romance here, more like a sci-fi adventure story that justifies my worldbuilding efforts to some degree.

Trust me, if I wanted the player to be all aboard the âkill the wyvernâ train I would have written everything about Crystal differently. The MC will get plenty of opportunities to doubt the whole mission, itâs just that Crystal being a nice conversationist isnât really something youâd wanna bring up during the debate.
Major Update. Chapter 4 was released, bringing the game to the total of 120K words excluding code and stat screen. This time I will not list features to avoid spoiling anything fun, just know that the chapter generally revolves around character interaction as the group finally embarks on their hunt and needs to decide how to actually approach this whole wyvern-slaying business.
I also setup a tumblr poll regarding which of the potential routes should be written and released first. So you can check that out, if you care at all.
Lmfao MC being able to start a fight Unprovoked, just with words alone is killing me. I didnât think Wisp would actually stand on business, poor thing then got knocked into the next room- all because of a LIE.
Why didnât nobody else step in and call MCs bluff before Wisp went after the poor lady. The whole brawl couldâve been avoided.
I know they are absolutely tired of My MCs need for violence.
WaitâŚ
âSmoke it is, then,â Lisa says with a nod. âNot a bad name, by the way. Just right for a smoking hot android like you.â
Lol that fits all too well.
Watsonian Answer: There was only a second or two between MCâs line and Wispâs attack, plus everyone was kinda shocked by the sheer absurdity of âshe wants to lay eggs in our server roomâ as an accusation.
Doylist Answer: This whole page with everything escalating into a team deathmatch was probably my favorite one to write out of the whole story thus far.
