Hello I’m Mishi, I’m going to post a WIP soon but I had some questions since I’m dumb.
I am using the cside IDE thingy since its more helpful and I’m finished with the first chapter of my story, I have passed randomtest and quicktest. But I’m a little confused on whether I have to manually add things like page-turn animations or background color change like change to black/sepia/etc or is that something thats added by itself when you upload? Because it doesn’t appear in the IDE but it does in index so yeah, sorry for the dumb question, lemme know y’all

Those things, on the IDE, are more for your preference while testing. A while ago, on my first game, I fiddled with fonts on there (I can’t remember exactly what happened). Somehow, this removed the option for players to change the background colour. I thought Dark Mode had to be specially coded. Nope, it is available by default for players! My messing released a gremlin, who was promptly stuck back in the box!
For your first few builds, I’d suggest just leaving all those things on the default. Later, have a tweak here and there.
