This is one of the reasons I like this framing narrative style, when you start the story knowing basically everything has gone to shit and then the rest of it is finding out how exactly everything went to shit, and you know almost exactly what’s gonna happen and you just cannot do anything to stop it

It’s about marketability and brand recognition. Sinatra’s New York, New York plays when the Yankees win.
The Giants have always walked into ACDC’s Hells Bells.
LA or other Californian teams picking up our music and blasting it out to get the home crowd roaring would be a massive thing.
Especially money-wise.
