Yeah, absolutely! XD The cliche ones are the best, cuz you can turn your brain off and just enjoy the slight deviations! The good ones are great because the stories are so fresh and the characters interesting, and the bad ones are SUPER BAD. like, TWs, guys, READ THE TAGS.

Yeah, even when you know the plot will be somewhat cliche you just can’t help but keep reading till the end or grow bored of the plot one or the other.

XD Like right now, I’m reading a typical “MC goes back in time because her in-laws were heinous and murdered her and her child” plot, and even though it’s the same goddamn plot I’ve read 30 times now? I love it, because this one has the MC be good at herbs and perfumes. And I’m LEARNING SHIT. like did you know saffron is an abortifacient? I DIDNT. I knew about parsley, but not SAFFRON.

As the story stands right now, you can enter the harem and choose Hao Chengling as your heart’s goal, OR, you can enter the harem and cheat on Hao Chengling with your True love. Whom that might be is entirely up to you. yes it is just as dangerous as it would be IRL to do so. Yes, you can still make that choice. There are several good options!
While I love sassy heroines, I’m not a huge fan of quick transmigration stories. TAT Going to multiple universes just kind of ruins my immersion, for some reason, I’m not sure why. But I’m a fan of sassy heroines too, although schemy heroines will always be my favorite. XD

Will there be a poly route?
Ah, that’s a great question! As of right now, not a truly poly route. The issue with it is the strict social requirements of this time era. As much as I would love to put one in (I’m a huge fan of polyamorous relationships fixing stupid love triangles), men in this time era were VERY MUCH conditioned that if their woman was with another person, that woman and the other person were personally victimizing him, and therefore it was to be punished by drowning them in bamboo cages barely big enough for a pig.
So… yeah, it’s a bit difficult to provide a polyamorous route in this particular game. The only way I can think of to provide something like that, is perhaps to have a cheating route where the highest-ranking member of the pairing “looks the other way”? But uh… I dunno. It’d mess with the realism of the setting.
Perhaps if the setting was a bit more fantasy than I am currently portraying it. But for the sake of this setting, this game? Probably not.

Also in ancient china when there’s no Empress one is chosen from the harem (normally the favorite concubine of the emperor), so if the MC is male and joined female Hao harem could their be a chance for the MC to rank up to emperor or at least the #1 concubine?
The answer to this is pretty simple. IF the PC can get to the highest rank AND get rid of the current Empress/Emperor Consort/Ruling Consort (working title), then the PC has the chance to get to be Empress/Emperor Consort/Ruling Consort. That said, in order to do that, one must have provided the Emperor a child. Soooo, good luck with that.

But said emperor is a empress (my game set them as a female), so unless you added a way for a man to get pregnant and given the good luck that’s not the case, so all I have to do is get hao pregnant kill the current consort and his children and make sure my child is heir and kill any other that can possibly pose a threat to my said child’s rule, so I say I got a chance to make it work
So here’s the way it’s gonna work. This is a “can work this way” not a “gaurneteed to end in child”. Male and female here are defined as biological sex (Aka, whether you have a penis or not), not as gender presentation.
Male PC + Female Emp = child
Female PC + Male Emp = child
Male PC + Male Emp = No child
Female Pc + Female Emp = no child
The nonbinary options depend entirely on the equipment you, the player, select for your PC. There will also be an element of chance in it, so you may or may not have a child, no matter WHAT pairing you choose.
As of this time there is no plan to add magical abilities to allow couples that could not biologically conceive a child, the chance to conceive a child. There will be options to fake pregnancy, and to obtain surrogates. But at this time, no magic flower that magically provides babies. XD

Do you have to enter the Harem to romance the Emperor/Empress?
I can’t really think of a way to create a route where you wouldn’t end up in the harem while romancing the emperor/empress, so… yes.

Been holding off on saying it since I don’t really expect it to come up, but… As long as a beautiful character with a pale fair skin complexion is never described like, nor compared to, the “curdled cream” visual descriptor, I will be happy. That is one translation that never lands because it just sounds unpleasant in English. Probably tasty, depending. Probably stinky, too. That description is just awful in Engish. It gets even worse; I’ve sometimes seen it translated as “spoiled milk”… eyugh.

So in the character customization for the private parts there’s an option for male to have every guys dream dong or for women to have big boobs, so does these serve a purpose or is it just for fun?

The genitals will be used to denote descriptors for your characters genitals during sexual scenes. I haven’t decided yet whether the ROs will react to size or not. It’s an interesting thought, but would take a pretty decent amount of work on my part. XD

Can you make a save states to the demo?thank you
Hi! So, this is answered in the main post, but I will not be adding saves to the Dashingdon version of the game. On the Moodyink version, it does have built-in save states. As I intend to publish this game (eventually) under Choice Of games Hosted label, I don’t think I can add save states to the permanent game. So I’m not going to try, since that would require a LOT of work.
