-I second Adrian’s text still not arriving correctly I am sorry, maybe 4th time’s the charm?!?
-as people have reported already, trailer attack’s mentioned a bunch of times during the conversation with Merlin
-when shaking the magic 8 ball the text “Flip2” is showing up alongside the sagely advice
-“set gloves 1” or “set gloves 2” variables are missing from several glove options

And maybe a bug? Or a feature? It’s impossible to get that 32nd loredump point for the loredump achievement if your Arthurian ain’t 3, cos the antichrist Merlin story option is locked behind it
if that’s a feature then sorry nvm, I was just salty about that tantalizing 31/32 as an Arthurian pleb

I wonder how that sword-dancing looked like from the outside, I’m imagining iai style without the scabbard (dangerous) (SO up my greed MC’s alley). coooool stuff

Ooh and that p l i p text effect was sooo nice, it’s gotta be one of my favourites

I loved the striptease scene with Adrian, he’s just so *chef’s kiss the goodest boi who I’m certain has a bite too, can’t wait to see how everything will play out

Also I felt like it was waaay easier to get Zain killed than to get Pippa killed with Pippa I had to be very deliberate whereas with Zain I just stumbled upon that bloody mess

Oh and I randomly noticed that if you join in on the dance with Merlin in the apartment your fuckups can be mitigated, how is that I’m still finding new stuff after dozens and dozens and dozens plus ultra of playthroughs?!?? Crazy!
Could that mean maybe we get to sing and dance for that multi-user spell in the next update?!

Please take care of yourself author, the story can wait but your health should absolutely be priority!

You can take them with you at the end of chapter one, if that’s what you mean. The way to get the option to show up is:

1. Be a collector of Arthuriana.
2. Don’t be a serial killer (they use a knife instead).
3. Go into your apartment with Adrian.
4. Select the “Nothing looks suspicious and that’s very suspicious in itself! I’m going for my weapon and checking out every inch of this apartment.” option.
5. When you wake up, first select “Freeze. Don’t move a muscle. Just don’t. Don’t. DON’T.”
6. Next, select “Frozen. Absolutely frozen. I’m not moving.”
7. Then select “I tear my weapon free.” This breaks Excalibur.

The option to pack the broken shards of Excalibur should now show up.

Really? I denied everything and still managed to not get posessed. Is it a conjoined stat, maybe? I tend to have (for some reason) high purity (I’m standoffish or something, I guess.)

@Natman1025 If you’re still having trouble avoiding possession, I’ve thrown together a guide to corruption. Generally, you want it to stay below seven. In the case of the trailer/bathroom demon in specific, you want it below four at that point in the game. It’s a big game with lots of opportunities to gain corruption, so I’m afraid the guide is a bit messy, but I hope it’s still helpful.

No problem. They’re secret stats that track how morally pure(?) or stubborn the MC is, respectively. You should be able to see your score in the stat collection at the end of the game.

I’m curious, the author recommended the Luck talent if we want an MC who will potentially have a horrible and interesting experience (for the readers of course), but why exactly Luck? What is special about this talent? I’m honestly curious hehe

It’s probably because it depends on RNG, so it’s less reliable than the other talents. It’s also possible for it to cause bad luck, making certain situations worse (such as making the MC drop their luggage on themselves in a failed attempt to distract the guard).
