Looking help writing a disabled PC (Multiple types of disabilites)

Luckily I have no phobias about lurking readers. My sympathies on the whole ‘leaving-the-house-is-bad’ thing. I’m totally fine with leaving the house as long as there’s no physical activity or human contact involved. sigh

Ah, yes I know that feeling as well. The worst is when I have to leave and I think I’m doing well and then end up doing decidedly not well later on.

The only human contact I really have is with my roommate and once a month with my doctor… and calls with my mum lol.

Most friends I had kinda stopped talking to me when my depression became impossible to hide. As well as getting really weird over my trouble leaving home. People suck, I prefer my cats.

Mental illness suuuuuuuucks.

I was “lucky” enough to know some chronically ill people back when I was healthy. That was a useful background to have, even though I’m only just beginning to understand what it means to live life with my own array of conditions (mental and physical). Some of my friends are mentally ill, and of those I have to stay away from some of them if I’m having a bad day (or I get worse).

PS: I usually can’t deal with reading about mental illness, but I REALLY enjoyed “Borderline” and its sequel by Mishell Baker. (Warning: the main character has attempted suicide.) The main character has a range of physical and mental challenges.
