How can I transfer my purchases from IOS omnibus to browser

Hey! I recently bought a CoG title on the Omnibus IOS app and tried to access it on my PC browser on the same account, but it’s still saying I haven’t purchased it and that I need to buy it again. Anyone know what’s going on?

Course you have to have the receipts for that which could be kind of a pain if you’ve recently cleared out your email and haven’t realized you need those
