Is there a way to transfer your choice/hosted games from android to iOS. Not sure if I have to buy all of them again or not.

Unfortunately, no. You could sent your receipts to CoG to unlock the web version here in the CoG site but otherwise, you have to buy it again over the IOS.
I think the procedure is that you send the receipts of the purchase to CoG and they unlock the web version of it for you. I’m not entirely sure what the new procedure is now that CoG has an omnibus on iOS, but you could send them an email.
I forgot that IOS have an Omnibus already. Better ask the staff if this rule has change.
