For Captive of Fortune, the sequel to Trial of the Demon Hunter that is getting published this month, there are two options for how to play. You can either load a saved game directly from TotDH, or you can choose to start a new game and go through a bunch of choices that give you a very truncated version of TotDH before you start reading CoF. That’s how I chose to handle it, and I know Zach of Heroes Rise did the same thing.

Without the official CoG code in there pre-publication, did you designate it with something like…?

Maybe? I feel like maybe I’m answering my own question now that my wheels are turning. Sorry for all the questions, this really has been helpful! :laughing:

you can keep indents using

< pre> text < /pre>,

without the spaces. alternatively, you can also select the text you want indented and click the button to the left of the upload button. it looks like </>.

I think the beta testing on the forums would be the hard part. Sure, you could supply a few templates but it’s impossible to capture every MC combination considering relationships, stats and choices made that carry over into the sequel. I guess a few templates will have to be good enough.
