ChoiceScript Regex or reading Input

Hi I was wondering about reading in the input for a player typing in their answer. For example, If i had a question that said What is your favorite animal. They wrote Ape. is there a way to Find out the FIRST letter in that name.

If not, Is there a way to Give them the CHOICE of an alphabet and then Populate a Text box with the word that they have chosen.

It’s actually a relatively new feature (hence the lack of documentation floating around): Now you can extract letters/numerals in ChoiceScript
