The only realistic for the existence of “cc” in “Seracca” (a name that is only used by Seraccas) is that they have an alphabet with a letter for the “k” and “s” sounds and that their pronounciations of “cc” and “c” are different, which is too specific to be a coincidence.
They also might have lived in Shayard a long time ago, because Cerlota calls M’kyar a “daughter of the plains” though the Abhuman confederation has no plains (credit to a user whose name I forgot), but Shayard does. Shayard probably uses the Roman alphabet because it is heavily based on France and England

But homelander ideologies have languages or families of languages close to their core. You’d not be able to be strongly homelander and have a single state where both Shayardenes and Whends feel equally at home. In a homelander realm, someone’s language and culture is getting privileged.
Different homelander realms can rub along just fine. You could have a close alliance between your Shayardene domain and Wiendish neighbors. (As long as the borders fall out in a way that doesn’t leave you poised to fight over contested territory like Steswick.) But if you want the neighboring Wiends as subjects rather than allies, you’ll either need to limit your homelanderishness or bring them in on a second-class basis.

Ok speaking on how MC views certain things. My Mc views the Helasurqs as an Tribal people, whom do not deserve to rise above the Eastern lands as they have done. Their order as according the propaganda is an Chauvinstic, babe killing, tribal empire. but my MC doesn’t just view them as evil men, but just as another Abomination just like the hagemony must be destroyed with whatever method nessesary…other than he really doesn’t really care much, they can Conquer the Eretza if they want as long as they don’t cross further west we are good Also part of me personally don’t think its possible to wage an war on hellasur, and it would probably be more diplo warfare. Which could be fun
