Is there any way to buy a game on the webstore while the discount is going on? Whenever I click on the buy button of a game that has a discount because it was just released, It brings me to Steam.

The discount applies on all platforms the game is on, regardless of whether you purchase it on Steam, the App Store, the webstore, etc.
