It’s been a while since I’ve been around the forums but I’m here now, and I’m offering beta reading and editing services. Depending on your needs this can range from simple proofreading to more in-depth editing with suggestions for style, storytelling, and continuity.
I currently work freelance on social media-related projects, but this leaves me with a fair amount of free time, so I’d love to fill some hours editing and beta reading! My background includes a BA in language and culture, where I majored in English literature, general linguistics, and psychology, as well as an honours degree in English literature.
In terms of experience, I was very active on these forums a few years ago doing beta reading for various games. I have also done beta reading and editing in a more professional capacity for other fiction, ranging from published short story collections to fanfiction.
