Oh, this is a MUCH nicer porcupine than the one in the W:tA game.

Oh! Thank you for the plug! IPS will also be updated fairly soon, I’ve just released the private testing version, so expect to see that too!

You do a fabulous job with these, Harris! Really cool to see the activity at a glance.

I love writing sprints! If I know what I want to write ahead of time, they’re great for productivity. This YouTuber I like, Abbie Emmons, does live sprints, and I like to rewatch them to pace out my own sprints.

Happy end of the month, everyone!

This past week, I pulled back away from balancing the pre-beta copy and started laying my proverbial ducks out in a row, so to speak, in order to get ready to begin the pre-beta test starting on May 15th.

I am excited, because I will be sharing new material with people, both old and new, that I hope improves on the alpha-copy version and that I hope people will enjoy.

More on this in the May support thread I’ll be opening up sometime later tonight.

Before I close out this month’s thread, I’d like to shout out @HarrisPS for taking their precious time and effort, even on days that may be trying for themselves, and contributing not only in this thread but in the forum community as a whole.

With that said, the success of this thread is only possible because everyone who invests in it each month. Without the continual participation of everyone in the support threads, this could not be what it is today.

Each and every one of you makes this thread possible, so, thank you!

How far can the inception quote go?
:joy:

As myself, I haven’t had as much time as I would perhaps like to work on my WiP, but I am optimistic for next month.

Been a while since I’ve been on the monthly digest, so I need to step up my game.

That dude is ALSO much nicer than the Porcupine in Book of Hungry Names. Also, he’s dead. RIP him.

Ooooh I’ve been added to the list of WIPs :face_with_hand_over_mouth: I feel a lil like a hotshot. I’m joking- but it did legit give me a weird little boost! So many projects :star_struck:

As usual, a bit of a mixed bag. The first bit went extremely well, and I’m in fact a few short scenes away from being done with Chapter Ten as well. The second bit… eh. I think I’m just going to have to leave that until I’m done. The good news is, that should be some time in May. Finally.

It seems from the thread that a lot of people have really been going through it lately. I hope everything works out for you all, and that May is a fantastic month for everyone.

A look back, what I did:

I’ve finished all my Spring Thing reviews.

I’ve found out about things that I needed to find out (well, not all, some of them).

I’ve playtested some IF! (well, mostly parser)

What I have yet to do:

Continue with Welcome to Hellwaters. (That is, no snippet for April.)

This also marks one year since the original post for Maverick Hunter: Scandalous Mission went up.

See you in May, and I’m wishing all writers all the best! (I have A LOT of catching up to do.)

Just wanted to give you all an update.

My surgery was done yesterday and the valve has been repaired successfully so I am now recovering in hospital. Thank you all for the well wishes.
