If it helps anything the author is guesstimating the next update will drop in September, so maybe the wait wonāt be too long now (given there isnāt that much of September left) :v

I think maybe you misundestood what she said. Someone asked about the current period in game still being in september for the next chapter and she said āyesā, but nothing about when the next update would drop.
