sometimes i feel like MC read too much into people expression… it’s fine to indicate the approval of npc
but it think like my guy constantly scrutinize their faces at all time xD
I Agree with this, he looks too much into things and comes across as repetitive and unauthentic. Otherwise game is great
@RedizE I was wondering if in your alternative history game, the confederates win the campaign of Vicksburg.
Grant still wins Vicksburg, pretty sure that’s been confirmed
Wouldn’t that essentially mean the confederates are screwed regardless of how much the mc messes up?
Nvm redize explained earlier that Grant would have to return to the east earlier and that would change things.
…I need to do a playthrough where I screw up as much as I can.
Good luck
As far as things goes, the only thing that annoyed me the most is that most unit types are relatively flawed in their own ways: the militias being more numerous, better at sharpshooting, but unit cohesion and quick marching to aid nearby units are not that good, the veterans could really use a bit more numbers with them, same goes for the elite unit option.
For me the chance for starting the game from the start of the war really is miss opportunity to see our character from lower to top rank rise and the drama and journey
I’m more need of portrayals of civilian that being affected by war. Maybe we forced to empty a farmland or we give a moral choice between a plantation being raided or let it happen, there also romance because this really lacking
Not sure if anyone has mentioned it has mentioned this yet.
When bringing the deserters into the fold, there was a total of 30 deserters. 7 who refuse entirely, 3 who are wounded, and 20 who rejoin.
Yet when discussing it with Colonel Preston, the MC and him refer to four who refused.
That might be a misthink kinda thing its mentioned at least 30 from the regiment when first getting the mission what we find at the farm place is 27 or 28? I forget that exact number at the moment lol. Of that 20 can still fight which gets reported there are 4 wounded who get lumped into the intial refusal sorta but get reported as wounded to preston and we do acctually have them back but cant use them the rest are the full gone and get reported as such.
It’s natural that elite units lack the numbers, especially since this is just beginning of the game.
You can always edit your stats yourself as well
How? There are no cheats?
Go to develop console on google chrome and type stats.(Value u want to edit) Example: stats.strength=100
How does one open the developer console?
Right click, press inspect, then choose console. Then you type “stats.something=amount” to change that stat. For example, if a game has bravery as a stat and you wanna increase it you’d type “stats.bravery=100” and press enter. The next time you advance a page the stat screen will reflect the change.
Does it work on mobile as well?
Not as far as I’m aware.
Thank you
