They should have done the history on the person they were trying to bring back their morals are I didn’t kill the Priestess because mc wanted to I killed her to save people as many people and maybe not kill person my character fell in love with that’s pretty much the king now my is a merciful kind person she tries to find the best solution to a situation to protect the people she care about even if it means killing her in the process pretty much selfless not caring about their safety if it saves someone from dying but bring her back to life and say group of murderers maybe planning to kill the people she loves is not a good idea to bring back and threatening her but bring you back her sister that threatened everyone she loved is not a good idea to showing her you are the enemy

the arcadians might not think the same way though. They probably think that blood is everything and assume that you think the same way. Or would think the same way once you find out that you are arcadian (thinking that you didn’t really know). Or at least that’s my theory anyway. Because blood seems to be a big deal there. So the fact that you don’t would be surprising to them. LIke they didn’t expect that. Which is why they took a chance on you in the first place. Or at least that’s how I’m thinking was their thought process.

That and the fact they’re certain MC would want “revenge” for what the Parami supposedly did to them. They wouldn’t consider the fact MC may not see them as “culprits” in what happned, or that they may simply not hold ill will. I guess because of their own obsession with revenge, they can’t understand other people may not be revenge-obsessed.

If anything, my MC’s more likely to blame the Arcadians for what happened to her.

And it may be about to get worse if they really want Eli to resume Thaubal’s torturous experiments on the mc. 
And I also doubt whatever they want Eli to do is going to get rid of the parasites that always make using magic in general and arcana in particular literal torture for the mc.
Not only that she was given a very wide leash, where it is the opposite with the mc, we are nothing but a prisoner and a slave.
Well even if Eli does torture us Thalia may given the mc a way out, though I suppose that is a way that cannot be used until the epilogue. The mc can in fact get rid of the parasites by “burning” them out by permanently overloading and collapsing their “mana ducts”, though the price would of course be no longer being a mage.

Wait how could Eli resume those experiments if she/he specialises in healing arcana? Plus she/he wouldn’t do anything to the MC because I think they care too much for him. Also Tahlia mentions she/he isn’t really that loyal to them.
I still try to sympathize with the Arcadians though. They have been forcefully subjugated and oppressed. I get why are pissed at the others. Maybe you can change their mind about the idea of just killing everyone.

Indirectly - as in, healing MC’s mana ducts so the Arcadians can continue training and/or making them stronger or more efficient in using the phantasma, which isn’t good for MC’s body since their phantasma isn’t really “meant” for them, as was explained. If Eli doesn’t heal the MC, the Arcadians won’t be able to do that.
With that being said, my MC is firmly opposed to the Arcadians, though he hopes to be able to make Yu switch to his side, since he considers them a good person, as opposed to the others - I’m not convinced that would work but eh, my MC’s an optimist.
Now, my MC specifically wants to be able to use Airas again, so he IS in favor of Eli healing him. Doesn’t mean he’d side with the Arcadians though.

I wonder if there will be a fork in the story between switching sides and working for Arcadians (let’s remember that different people have different MC, ok, and there’s no “right” way of behavior - please don’t answer me with “but my MC is set in stone on doing X”, that won’t take us anywhere).
I think thought that we will probably be united in fight with our mysterious third side, which is shown with even grimmer colors than arcadia. At least temporarily.

I would assume that COULD allow to solve the conflict between Param and Arcadia more peacefully for MC’s who’ve been actively trying to do so, but hmm… I don’t think that will happen for MC’s who really sided with one or the other? At least that’s my take on it!

I plan on supporting Arcadia fully just to get back at Leon and would try to convince Ilya to switch sides (which will definitely not happen) .

And let’s not forget the other three useless parasites that have never been of any use to the mc at all, except to make them weaker.
Well…like I said Thalia has already given my mc all the information he needs to “heal” himself so don’t need Eli’s fancy tricks for that. Though, like I said, I don’t think the option to deliberately overload the mc’s mana ducts enough to completely destroy them will become available until a possible epilogue. But it is the only way I can see to truly recover the mc’s health by expelling the useless parasites, albeit at the cost of never being able to use magic again.

So Tahlia says that the MC is such a talent that Thaubal Altinier couldn’t find just a single phantasma so he matched him up with 4 and despite their talent and bloodline it’s still too much for them too handle and they can’t sustain it. But with proper training they could master it or will they have to find something new?
