I’m currently editing the finale of the new update—about 20k words to get through.
I’ve decided to re-write about a third of said finale, also—but, fear not; I’ve already done a skeleton draft of the new content!
I’m happy with how the work’s coming along—looking forward to finally getting it out to you!

Yes! Finally! This is so nice game! Your writing is… well, deep and humanitarian, if i am allowed. Your characters are unique personalities, that moves my interest to learn more about them. Your description of the MC’s best friend, is perfect (considering the sensitive subject), and you balance between real world and hero world like a tango dancer from the slums of Argentina. Congratulations and thank you for your work.

Not once have I been fooled to play the game with a date announcement, I was this excited to play the update that I lost my head.
I’m not even mad about the (I presume accidental) trickery, it was very fun to re-read the game again and, as always being the sassy superhero I was destined to be :))

Is the demo supposed to end after taking down the Blackhearts and the kairnwells because I feel like that’s where it ended before

It hasn’t been updated yet. The update is scheduled for the 8th of September. (If you live somewhere that does Month/Day/Year like me, it might have been confusing!)
