Flat damage reduction seems to be working fine with Pythea and is simple to implement. Not sure theres a compelling reason to change it.

Finals and grad’s finally done so I’m back to this, youpie!
I’m a fan of flat damage reduction myself. It’s a text-based story, so I see no point in over complicating things. Maybe for those into that, but I’m part of the group here mostly for the story and rp.
